Very rude front desk

J’ai pu être upgradé sans l’avoir demandé. J’ai eu une suite avec laveuse/sécheuse. Parfait pour moi.

The inside of the hotel was much nicer than the exterior. When we first arrived, we were a little concerned about the cleanliness based on the outside, but those worries disappeared as soon as we walked in. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The ice and vending machines were conveniently located near our room, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby, available until 11:00 a.m., was the perfect treat before our drive home after our 11:00 a.m. checkout. We were in town for a concert, and the location ended up being much more central than we expected. There were great dining options nearby, including Aroma for dinner before the show and Denny's for a late-night brunch afterward. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

Great hotel!

All staff were friendly and the front desk was very accomodating. I requested a high up floor in a quiet area and they gave us exactly that. The room was a suite and huge with a great sized balcony. Tons of channels on the tv in the living area, and just basic cable on the tv in the room. Huge kitchen and bathroom. So many places for storage. You could see some areas of the room that were dated, but it was very clean. Very easily walkable to a mall, places to eat, and the mill park loop. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Really appreciated that they allowed me to check out late and then stored my luggage behind the desk. Also appreciated the 20$ food credit for the attached Dennnys.

My wife had a little cold there was no soft tissue in the room.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Pillows a bit large. Staff friendly and helpful during check in.

We stayed in one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The unit was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of closet space. A washer and dryer were provided and it was a great surprise since it's not an amenity I expect in a hotel. There were plates, mugs, bowls and silverware in the kitchenette. Microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine were also avail. Denny's is just a hallway walk in the same building where you can get a basic meal. We had breakfast there and were happy with the service and quality. The location is perfect for walkable shopping and dining. Very urban. My only note is that when we got out of the elevator, there was a constant fishy smell in the hallway. It didn't go away and lingered for all 3 days of our stay. We couldn't smell it in the room but it was very noticeable when we were in the elevator lobby. The carpet in the hallway and room had some dark spots.

Room was clean and the staff were nice. We had the premium king suite so we could make meals as we had an extended stay. They were doing some renovations and subsequently there were silverfish in the bathroom on occasion. There was only 1 nightstand and the room certainly needed some updating. Other than that it was okay

Location, rooms are clean and staffs are helpful . The front desk staffs are the best

Very nice hotel. Check in was quick and easy. TVs ok. Only strange things was there was no AC in main room, only in bedroom (was a suite). Restaurants in walking distance. Nice having Denny’s there as it’s always good food.
