Staff were absolutely rude

Genuinely have never stayed in such a horrifying place. The whole experience was NOTHING like advertised. Firstly, the front door lock was broken, meaning I couldn't leave the flat for an entire day until they fixed it. Next, the kitchen was so half-baked that I couldn't cook anything more than an egg, despite it being "sold" as a 1-bedroom apartment. The air con price was misleading, on Hotels they claim it's 7.50E "per stay" when it's in fact per night, leading me to foot an extra 50 euro bill. On top of that, the air con was ONLY IN ONE ROOM, so half the flat was unusable when it's hot. The bathroom was atrocious too. Firstly, there was little to no water pressure, so I struggled to shower. The towels were stained with brown marks. The taps were also mislabelled. Worst of all, in a flat suited for up to 4, the bathroom DIDN'T lock. The general condition of the property was shocking aswell: The wifi did not work The electrical plug sockets were clogged up - only had 2 usable ones There was no do not disturb sign - got woken up to cleaning staff multiple times. There were old gummy bears under my bed My blankets had holes in them. The communal pool table jammed twice and took my money. The worst part was the owner. She was unfriendly, hostile and patronising. She really tried to nickel and dime me, claiming I had a 300 euro fee to pay, which I had to dispute. The customer service was just horrible, she wouldn't even let myself and a friend split a bill. STAY AWAY!!

Very nice and affordable place to stay and eat. Location near to Waterworld and Makronissos Beach are perfect. Staff was very nice and helpful also special mention to hotel dog Lulus :). I recommend strongly.

Excellent location. Peaceful and clean place. The rooms are cleaned every day, and there is a beautifully landscaped yard around the pool. Friendly staff. They have a wonderful dog, Lolo, who welcomes and greets guests.

The team was very attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere with music around the pool was very relaxing and decontracted.

Extra daily charge for air condition (only in the room), the rest of the studio is a summer temperature. They do not do the beds... They only provide towels and toilet paper, nothing else (no toiletries).

Cosmelenia hotel was an excellent place to stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made me feel very welcome. My appartment was spacious,clean with a terrific sea view. The pool was brilliant and I enjoyed my stay very much. Food was good also..Thank you

Super appart hotel, personnel super sympa! Pour des vacances avec des enfants je le recommande plus plus! Cornelia est une dame jentille, joyeuse. Des supermarcket sont 50 metre de l’hotel, et la plage a 3min a pied. Des vacances parfaite ! Un grand merci a Cosmelia

Rimelig, rent og pent. God mat og veldig hyggelige ansatte. Flott plassering i forhold til strendene og buss utenfor til sentrum. Vi kommer tilbake.

Super place, with easy caching bus. Super service by the people working there. Little bit to noisy from the road. No brush or washing up liquid or a tablecloth.

Clean, comfortable apartment and friendly helpful staff would definitely stay again

The Cosmelenia was a great place to stay for families that want to be close to the large resort of Ayia Napa but not that close that you feel your at a rave everyday. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay a good one. The hotel rooms are cleaned everyday and the pool area is great. I cannot recommend highly enough for the price. We stayed B&B and will definitely be coming back. The hotel is within walking distance to the wonderful Nissi beach.

Bed sheets had stains on them looked like blood on them, had to get them changed at 4am when that’s the last thing we wanted to do when travelling. Toilet didn’t flush well. Staff weren’t friendly! Didn’t feel welcomed.

The apartments were clean and cosy, exactly what we needed. Had the necessary amenities, the bar area and pool were nice. Staff were friendly!

No soap or toiletries in the room,2 days before arrival they call us to cancel the reservation which was confirmed from April! Route behaviour of the owner and manager of the hotel. They charge extra for the aircondition (summer in Cyprus is horrible with no aircondition). wifi not working, no housekeeper for the daily room cleaning. No towels and sheet changes. They charge youfo laundry and ironing

die Lage in der Nähe von Makronissos ist top...ebenso die Zimmer im neuen Trakt. Leider gehen alle App. zum pool wo sich auch die Bar befindet und das ist der große Minuspunkt: Disko bis in die frühen Morgenstunden, Karaoke, lärmende Briten. Mussten um 1h früh aufstehen und um Ruhe bitten... Ebenso gibt es KEIN gratis wlan und es ist auch nicht, wie in der Beschreibung angegen , möglich erst NACH dem Aufenthalt zu zahlen. Unfreundlicher Besitzer!!
