The room was dirty; everywhere hairy, the bedsheet had bloody spots... I have photographs to prove the dirt. Additionally, the entrance of the hotel was slippery because of the tiles that was very dangerous in the winter.

Room had a view of the ice skating rink, it was clean, the staff was courteous, there was free breakfast located close to everything, It was an excellent experience in every respect

La chambre était très mal entretenu… il y avais des tache sur les draps et plein de tache dans la douche. Le déjeuner était très simple, pain sec lait laisser sur un comptoir non réfrigéré depuis jcp trop combien de temps et cereal pleine d’humidité. Le coin fumeur est très mal entretenu, des vieux meuble qui traîné des matelas empilés bref pas super propre

It's clean and good amenities

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Room has no view. Could adjust room temperature at will without problem with the in-room thermostat. Breakfast was very simple with 3 kinds of cereals, bread, fresh fruits, coffee, milk, and juice. Location is perfect, easy access to metro and airport bus stop. However, no elevator, so if you have mobility issue, or if you have heavy luggage, it could be a problem with all the stairs.

Habitación básica en una zona “aparte” del hotel, no hicieron la limpieza ni camas en 4 días, el desayuno es súper básico (cereal, pan, jugo y café), aun así es muy buena ubicación y atención del front desk

Since we booked a room (two beds, private bathroom) at a very reasonable rate, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of Quarter des Spectacle attractions and was directly beside the Esplanade Tranquille skating rink (winter stay). The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast (as mentioned by others) was toast, cereal, coffee, juice and apples. Still, better than starting the day with an empty stomach. The mattresses were on the firmer side. Since we did not drive, I can only assume that finding parking in this area would be difficult. The rooms did not seem very soundproof, but it should be kept in mind that this is an older building. Both check in and check out were quick and easy. All in all, would definitely stay here again if the price remains reasonable.

The room was clean and spacious. Slow draining in the sink probably due to some blockage but everything else was good! The location is ideal as you have easy access to lots of dining and shopping places

Room felt neglected, not super clean and quite run down. The staff were lovely, but the “included breakfast” consisted of cereal and a dirty toaster.. good central location, but quite a few dodgy people hang out near the front - lobby area frequently smelled of urine. Fire alarm went off at 5am one morning due to someone smoking in the stairwell.

Convenient location with nice cozy room. Good rates for the area. Great for downtown stay.
