Staff friendly and good location.

Room was clean and staff was accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and items changed daily. Location to a main street causes a lot of traffic noise. And another traveler in the hall yelling on their phone until 2:30 am, made for a stressful stay. Have stayed here prior with great experiences, seems to have gone down in quality since the last time.

I could not say enough good things about our experience! They allowed us to check in and gave us a super late check out.

I was surprised that when I checked in there were multiple cops in the lobby with a guest. In the middle of checking me in the manager started yelling and looking very aggressive and mean at the guest who was with the cops. Then calmy finished checked me in. I have never seen anything like this and was very surprised of the unprofessionalism of this hotel manager. Afterwards there was a FB post made by the guest who was kicked out of the hotel with his four young children late at night. Comments showed that this was common with this manager at this hotel. Many previous workers complained about being treated unfairly and not being paid accurately. There were also claims that this hotel scams guests of extra unnecessary charges and does not tell the guests--they only find out after their credit cards have been charged. Then LaQuinta and this manager won't return phone calls when guests call to discuss the charges. Let's just say I'll never stay at this hotel again.

Loved the pool for my kids! The fountain and zero entry pool area was great for littles. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did not like the worn out mattresses though. There was a noticeable indent and slope to both beds in the room and very squeaky springs. Also had to take a luke warm/ cokd shower one of our mornings like the water heater couldnt keep up

The 1st night the lady at the front desk was really rude but others were nice n kind, n one big problem is there was no hot water we had to take cold cold showers

Grace at the front desk was super awesome. Great customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn’t get that same feeling from the other front desk folks during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was good and accommodations very nice. I would recommend this place.

The hotel was very warm and in need of some repairs. The pet fee was raised to $29.99 but the web site still showed $25.

This hotel was great for the price- staff was excellent- the water pressure is a little low but it’s all good as it was a warm shower. I’d definitely stay here again. Perfect place to stay if you need to be at the airport early.

It was a nice stay, Our room smells good, clean and the breakfast was so good.

Well I like the way now you could check in and check out online and then when you walk in they just say hello had your key and after your room you go that's really great. Place is clean. The rooms were immaculate

Hockey parents in pool area getting drunk. One dad was rude and threatened to take my eight-year-old’s little football after they accidentally tipped his beer one time. Bathtub did not drain properly.

The gym was awesome, pool doesnt have a waterslide as advertised but it was still fun. The whole hotel smells like chlorine but i didnt mind
