The beds are very hard like sleeping on a board!! And the coffee is gross!! But staff is fantastic, hotel very clean and property is well maintained

Wifi was not secure, kept getting messages about it. Check in staff member was nice and friendly, he made sure I had everything I needed but rest of the staff were dismissive or didn't even make eye contact. Rooms need art work or another piece of furniture to help cut down on noise as there is an echo due to rooms being big and sparse. I could hear the person in the next room snoring the sound carried that much. There was no hot water in the mornings. I had to shower at night to get any. Equipment in gym not maintained or working properly.

No pool, no breakfast, and no USB charger at this motel. No coffee or tea in the room. Coffee, tea, and a microwave are available on the ground floor. I booked the deluxe room with a kitchenette, which provided a home-sized fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pans and pots, can opener, all utensils and cutlery, plates, bowls, and mugs. The Wi-Fi is very slow. The noise from the fridge and A/C is very loud. There are lots of free parking spots and no extra charge for pets. It's reasonable for the price of this kind of motel, and it's fine for a stay over and to relax.

Everything was clean, parking was easy, beds were super comfortable!

We had no cleaning of the room. We stayed 2 nights and the bed was not made, no new set of towels as requested, no garbage emptied. We addressed the issue with the front desk man and not only did not help to remedy the situation, he also was very condescending and did not care at all. Very rude man. Then, he called our room at 3:00 am in the morning in the middle of the night. It was very obvious it was done on purpose to disrupt the sleep. When we picked up the phone he asked us if we had any delivery from Popeyes. Ridiculous. He knew we never ordered anything and there was no delivery happening at that time anyway. Very disturbing to see a staff member acting this way.

I didn’t have any particular expectations when I booked this hotel, but after just one night, it’s definitely become my go-to place in Kingston. The rooms were clean and quiet, the staff were wonderful, and having electric parking on site was a great bonus. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense hotel that offers excellent value for the price.

We always stay here when we visit Kingston. Beds are comfortable and it's always very clean. Highly recommend.
