Staf ramah dan bisa bahasa inggris. Kamar besih dan handuk diganti setiap hari. Peralatan memasak lengkap cm memang kurang ada tempat masak nasi hehe

Had a pleasant stay for 4 nights! But the downstairs was quite challenging if you brought large luggages. They dropped off new towels and bathrobes every day. Strategic location, about 10 minutes walk on foot from Sugamo Station (JR Yamanote line), surrounded by Aeon supermarket, Pizza Hut, Famima, McDonald's, Komeda Coffee, 100yen store, and close to the local shopping street Sugamo Jizodori. But you have to clean up by yourself and throw your own trash outside.

Stayed one night here, close to Sugamo station. Didn't explore the area much as I went to other city. Nice room, somehow I have microwave and hair dryer in my room. Keep in mind front desk only open until 18.00, you can still check in though by calling the night shift front desk (I arrived 19.30ish).

This room met my expectation. The staff was nice. She allowed me to check-in early. The room might be a bit small but everything else was good. The Aeon convenient store on the way to the hotel sells at really good price too.

It's a pretty straightforward hotel and gets you all the amenities. Even if it's just a single room, you still get a microwave, an electric stove, etc. They don't change the sheets and clean the room but tbh I'm fine with that with since everything is provided in the room. You have to request to have new towels too which I have no problem as well. They're very clear with the instructions and the stay was very pleasant. Wifi was working nicely! Also it was just a few minutes of walking from Sugamo Station.

Lokasi yang sangat strategis, hanya 5-6 menit saja dari MRT terdekat. Di sepanjang jalan besarnya terdapat banyak convenience store dan juga 100 yen shop untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Hotelnya sedikit masuk ke dalam dari jalan besar, sehingga sangat tenang dan nyaman. Kamar hotelnya juga nyaman dan luas, terdapat microwave, kulkas, peralatan makan, dan meja tambahan. Overall tidak akan ragu untuk kembali kemari jika ada kunjungan berikutnya.

Kebersihannya kurang bagus, tapi self service sih mungjin ya....
