Great staff at this resort, everyone was so helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant managers at all 3 restaurants were amazing and took care of all our needs especially Spiros at KBR3. Very family friendly.

There was plenty for people with young children, the beach was ok but there were a lot of stones. There was a choice of 3 restaurants we preferred restaurant 3. The biggest down fall of this hotel was the lack of entertainment in the evening for adults without children, they have plenty of area’s where they could hold evening entertainment for adults. There for I don’t thing I would return to this hotel. The manager that was very welcoming was the restaurant manager in K3

I have stayed here for 1 week, in June. I have found not only the hotel but the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed in one of the pool rooms and the pool/patio space has been more than sufficient with lots of space to swim around and enjoy our time. In the day we have mainly stayed at the Beach Pool and got drinks from the beach bar, and during the evenings entertainment had drinks from Aggeliki who has been more than polite, helpful and a joy to be around. The entertainment during the evenings has been amazing, with a wide variety of activities not only for children but for adults, although travelling without any children we have found that it’s still a comfortable hotel for couples without kids. Guests have been super friendly to eachother, and that can only be contrary to the amazing staff at the hotel. I will be coming back. Shoutout to the amazing staff members, Lily, Yaro, Aggeliki and all the others that helped during our stay to make us feel at home and have the best holiday we have had. - Tommy Podmore

Das Resort ist grundsätzlich sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist nicht mehr „neu“ aber es wird sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, dass optisch alles passt. Der Pool auf der Terasse ist super. Im Zimmer ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass es keine Türe zum Bad hat und die Wand von Bad zum Schlafzimmer an der Decke geöffnet ist. Es gibt 3 Buffetrestaurants, die jeden Tag unterschiedliche Themenabende anbieten, wobei ich diesen Punkt etwas kritisieren muss, da es zu wenige Speisen zum angepriesenen Thema gibt. Hier müsste es mehr Angebote zum jeweiligen Thema geben oder man sollte keine Themenabende anbieten. Das Buffet ist allerdings trotzdem ausgewogen und abwechslungsreich. Der Strand am Hotel ist sauber aber auf den ersten Metern steinig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist meines Erachtens voll in Ordnung, sodass ich das Kiani Beach Resort weiterempfehlen kann.

Die Restaurants sind gut und abwechslungsreich. Am Strand sind leider einige Steine was es etwas unangenehm macht ins Meer zu gehen (am besten Gummi-Schuhe mitnehmen). Es war schon etwas geschäftig, da muss man sich drauf einstellen, liegen war aber immer vorhanden, beim Essen war es manchmal recht voll und entsprechend laut.

Bra hotell mycket barnvänligt. Bra underhållning. Maten var för det mesta Bra mycket att välja på men fiskaftonen var disken överstökat, jättetorr tråkigt. En del kycklingrätt var bra o goda, men vid ett annat tillfälle var kycklingen för vällagad å torr. 5 stjärnigt hotell borde satsa å lite bättre kockar. Annars ett mycket trevligt ställe

George helped us plan our entire week in Crete. He gave us recommendations to different areas of the island. We had a great experience and he helped us see places we would have never found. Definitely rent a car if you want to travel around. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Food is disgusting, lots of options but really low quality. Decent hotel for families on a budget. If your a couple or young family (eg just a baby), go elsewhere !

Hôtel très adapté aux familles avec enfants, avec énormément d’activités proposées tout au long de la journée. En revanche, si vous recherchez le calme, le repos et la tranquillité, ce n’est probablement pas l’endroit idéal. Il y a régulièrement de la musique, des animations et beaucoup de mouvement dans l’hôtel et autour des piscines. Notre chambre avait une magnifique vue sur la mer, ce qui était très appréciable. En revanche, elle donnait également sur le bar, ce qui pouvait être assez bruyant le soir et compliquer l’endormissement. Concernant la restauration, on y mange régulièrement bien, même si le niveau n’est pas identique dans les trois restaurants. Le restaurant KPR3 était souvent celui proposant les meilleurs plats selon nous, même si ce n’est pas celui qui offre la plus belle vue. Au final, un très bon hôtel pour les familles et les séjours animés, mais pas adapté si vous recherchez avant tout le calme et la tranquillité, car il y a beaucoup de monde.

Siisti huone ja hotellialue. Lapsille paljon tekemistä, esimerkiksi leikkihuone ja ohjattua toimintaa. Hyvä ruokavalikoima ravintoloissa ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ulkoaltaiden vesi oli liian kylmää huhtikuussa, mutta sisäaltaissa pystyi uimaan.

Ett bra resort ligger lite ensligt. Funkar väldigt bra för en familj med flera pooler och närjet till havet.

The room was very clean and staff very helpful

The hotel is perfectly pleaaant but lacks the nuanced touches of a genuine 5 star. Some ameneties such as the playground and playarea are tired but the food in the restaurants is hearty and satisfying. Our room with a pool was lovely for a family of three and modern.

Wir hatten schönen Meerblick, Zimmer waren gut. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Teils schimmel. Essen für 7 Tage okay, hat immer ähnliche Sachen. Angestellte waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.
