Wonderful location and beautiful room for my family.

Estuvo todo muy bien salvo que el Spa estaba todo cerrado salvo la pileta, en pleno invierno, con días de frío y lluvia habíamos elegido justamente el lugar por la posibilidad de usarlo una pena, el resto todo muy bien, la unidad de 1 dormitorio en la cual nos alojamos excelente todo de muy buena calidad

I love this hotel—my second visit. The apartments are especially wonderful. Spotless, generous rooms, luxe linens, and a lovely staff. Perched atop the Algarve cliffs, the walking trails and views are otherworldly.

Un séjour magique à Lagos ! "Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable et l'atmosphère y est très paisible, parfaite pour déconnecter. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Le vrai plus ? La marche sur le bord de mer juste à côté, c'est vraiment magique au lever ou au coucher du soleil. Un immense merci au personnel pour leur super service et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"

Friendly staff, great 2 bedrooms, could walk directly from resort to the main walking trail along beachside cliffs. gym was great, apt was a little dated, but large and would definitely stay there again

Room did not have any hot water, could only shower on cold (tap also didnt have hot water). Shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. There were no amenities available as stated in the booking (no spa, no drinks or restaurant). The gym was open(unattended) but required a walk through a dark building with no lights on the walkway or stairs. No one at reception after 6, after hours line didnt work no answer. Shared feedback(including pics of broken showerhead) at checkout but was not provided any meaningful way to make it right. Staff was sincere and apologetic but did not seem like they could do much.

The property is tired and the accommodation needs lots of work. Furniture stained and old. Kitchen well equipped And cleaning staff excellent. We did not use any of the wellness facilities The facility is way overpriced. Many other newer hotels in the area In an excellent area for walking the cliffs.

The location and room and amenities and staff were amazing! The resort is a well run operation with staff that are very supportive and able to answer. Any questions you have. The breakfast buffet was definitely a five star feature and while we were only able to stay for a couple of days we would definitely go back there again and recommend to others. We did have a car rental so we’re able to venture out further than the local area but if you didn’t, you could still walk to the three or four feature beaches to see the caves and grotto that are nearby. A highlight of our 15 day vacation!

Daily room cleaning and changing towels, amazing service, very friendly and helpful staffs.

My recent stay was exceptional. The staff were super friendly, full dressed with a smile whenever they greeted us and very helpful, while the rooms were comfortable and meticulously maintained on a daily basis. The resort also offers a diverse range of amenities designed to cater to various preferences. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets and the picturesque Lagos landscape from the rear of the property. I am definitely staying hereagain.
