Nice hôtel in général.

Todo bien, volveria a quedarme en otra oportunidad.

Excellent location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Just suggest you ask for a room off the street side, it was noisy at times, otherwise strongly recommend.

This place was amazing. Loved the staff . Everything worked well including hot tub and great hot water which was amazing for the colder off season . Location was perfect

Excellent hotel in Puno center!

En général tout était ok, mais il manquait de nourriture au petit déjeuner type buffet. Pas assez rapide pour fournir la quantité de personnes qui mangeaient…

Wonderful location and customer service

The hotel was clean, however, it was older and needs some TLC. Tiles were broken in the bathroom and the overall appearance was just a little dated and worn. It fit our needs, but it was far from the nicest hotel we have stayed at. Dogs across the way were barking every night at 3am, and it just gave the feel of a hostel at times. The front desk staff was lovely, and the laundry service was great.

The hotel staff were wonderful. Always very helpful !

Llegué cerca a las 22:00 y esperé 15 minutos para que abran la puerta, pese a que la persona que está en el mostrador estaba a pocos metros y no contestaba. Una vez dentro no había la habitación que reserve y pague por adelantado. Tuve que ir a otra habitación, la habitación era húmeda y fría, el hotel está viejo, se escucha todo en la calle y el desayuno es muy pobre. Mala relacion de calidad y precio

We had a lovely view of the river in front of the property and a very nice balcony to relax on.

Sehr gute Lage, nur 1 Gehminute von der Plaza de Armas entfernt. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr heisses Wasser in Dusche/Badewanne, was ich bei diesen Temperaturen sehr schätzte. Frühstück war ok, nur bis 08.30 Uhr. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
