Breakfast is good

Room clean but fairly basic. Breakfast ok for France. I miss my English breakfast.

J'avais réservé une à 79,27€ par hotel.com, je suis persuadé que l' hotelier m'a déclassé dans une chambre de ctégorie inférieur, j'ai dormi dans une chambre vétuste, domage cet hôtel est situé en coeur de ville à 5mn de la place du Capitole, avec un petit éffort sur l'état des chambres et des couloirs ce serait parfait!

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful; we turned up very early hoping just to be able to leave our bags and they let us check in without an issue. As a base from which to visit the city it was very conveniently located. However, the door to the bathroom was awkward to close due to how it had been converted and there were quite a few bits of peeling paint; the room looked like it could have done with a bit of a refresh.

Excellent location, so close to everything. Rooms not so great, poor condition and not maintained, mold on ceilings and in bathrooms

Placement idéal à 2 pas du Capitole. Personnel très serviable et disponible. Chambre spacieuse. Pdj très correct. Insonorisation à améliorer.

Vi havde booket standard værelser. Der var decideret ulækkert på værelserne, paneler havde et tykt lag snavs, væggene var beskidte, der var mug på badeværelset. Værelserne var meget små, kun egnet til en person pr værelse. Ingen dør til badeværelset, kun et forhæng. Papirtynde vægge til nabo værelse, så der var en del støj. Det eneste positive ved hotellet er beliggenhed.

Hace dos años tuvimos muy buena experiencia y hemos repetido, ésta vez bien pero el fin de semana bastante peor, el desayuno es bastante básico y el fin de semana a pesar de haber poca ocupación fué desastre . El domingo además al llegar a la habitación a la tarde estaba sin hacer, la hizo el personal de recepción. A la llegada vimos la ventana llena de moho negro y nos hicieron cambio de habitación. La limpieza de la habitación muy bien en general aunque de algunas zonas no está bien ( ventanas sobretodo). Pero tiene cosas muy buenas como la ubicación y el agradable y dispuesto personal, nos hicieron unas recomendaciones ( sobre un bus gratuito) y más cosas muy válidos.

Room miniscule. Not sufficient for a couple even with moderate luggage. Disappointing compared to completion. A couple of redeeming characteristics. Bed quite comfortable. Shower spray good but in miniscule compartment. Walk up to room on second level. Did not try breakfast. As others have reported a shower curtain which didn’t fit, stained grout in shower. Hallway felt like a prison with heavy gray doors.

Location was excellent and good value for moneyg

El ewtacionamiento es relevante, no disponer de estacionamiento con el sistema público hace muy complejo alojar en el centro de Toulouse. El baño no tiene puerta, en su lugar hay una cortina de género que resta privacidad. Habitación pequeña para 3 personas, aunque es lo mínimo

Great location, clean room, bathroom needed updated but only slept there , have stayed before and would go back again.

Excellent hotel in almost all aspects. Great service, AC, breakfast, location, staff and price. The only minus was the lack of elevator, but we didnt mind the extra exercise. Highly recommended, really value for money.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but not all of them are. The decor was stripped down and worn out. But the bathroom had a tub which is a huge plus for me.
