the location is super close to SAGRADA FAMÍLIA, we were told that our suite does not have view but to our surprise it’s right at the corner of the building with a beautiful view of sagrada famila. The apartment is clean and stock with essentials, it has a laundry mat downstairs, grocery store and a bakery. I would definitely choose to stay at this apartment next time I’m in Barcelona. The only downside is that the bed is kind of noisy and they could use a better Mattress but you get what you pay for, the price is good for a fairly new apartment suite.

The bed was very low and soft. Not good at all for me.

This apartment in the Eixample provided a less hectic and slightly less touristy experience than in the old town - but we could still get to everything we wanted to see by walking or public transportation. The apartment was clean and well-appointed for doing your own cooking and laundry. We had a one-bedroom and there was plenty of room for two. It's not fancy or luxurious, but it is comfortable, modern, and well-insulated from street noise when doors and windows are closed. We were there for a fairly cool and rainy week; don't know what it's like in the heat. And yes we could see Sagrada Familia from the balcony. The area seems safe but I would definitely take advantage of the safe to store any valuables.

In a very good neighborhood, very close to Sagrada Famiglia, this small junior suite was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. I recommend it to couples (possible with a kid or junior) willing to explore the beautiful Barcelona.

Noise was a minor issue-ie could hear stuff going on above us. Bit on the whole lots of facilities n social things nearby n access to city centre n beyond good ie superb travel networks. Property a wee bit tired but probably due to high usage. Staff were A1- came across really nice folk n v obliging with a smile. Instructions to get there n get clear n simple- our taxi driver effed up getting there n a 2nd taci got us there while on speaker phone to Hostemplo reception. Everything worked well n accommodation facilities were great/ modern. Would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed the street side apartment, brought us in touch with the daily routines of the locals! Loved the view of the Sagrada Familia and enjoyed living next door to a school! Will definitely book again.

Excellent room/apartment, close to hop on hop off tours near gorgeous architecture shops and food. Comfy bed, 4 pillows!!! Hot water and towels enough for 3 showers! Free water in room.

Great. Nice, clean apartment. Bathroom well equipped and very clean. Nice balcony and view. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Felt safe . Nice area around the apartment with lots of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to most things. We would stay here again. Loved it.

Solid basic and clean studio near Sagrada Familia. Friendly staff and very convenient. WiFi was spotty and a bit loud if you are on the street side

Well maintained property. Helpful staff. Location was excellent for sightseeing and shopping.

Everything was good except that the check in office is not in the same building so we need to walk with our luggage after checking in and same in checking out. Otherwise the property is clean and close to the metro and to Sagrada Familia.

Loved this apartment. The view was spectacular. Everything was nearby. One thing I would recommend though, is to add a dryer to the unit. There was only a washer machine, so we had to air dry our clothes.

Excellent apartment close to Familia Sagrada and to the metro. Highly recommended. We were close to the subway and were able to ourselves as far as Montserrat by using public transportation. Excellent location. Great restaurants!!

Lovely apartment but downfall was needed extra chairs in rooms just to place worn clothes. Also I was happy with a washing machine being present but no detergent was available and had to buy pack of 16 but only used one.

Pretty good place overall. Great view of the sagrada familia. A tad smaller than expected. But clean safe place .

This place was amazing!! It was clean and close to everything. So many restaurants and bars around.
