The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very friendly. They took great care of us and woukd stay here again!

The room is very comfortable and clean. The shampoo and conditioner they give is good. With a desk for using the laptop.

Nothing unique to the property, it had a bed and a restaurant. What I didn't care for was the remains of some fruit that had been eaten and left on the chair by the bedside in the room. Which was too small to be seen by the house keepers eyes I guess.

Fuimos al hotel para escaparnos por unos días y relajarnos. Fue muy lindo, la comida era buena, la habitación muy cómoda y la todos los empleados nos trataron muy bien. Hacía mucho frío afuera, pero la calefacción fue buenísima. La cama fue muy grande y cómoda también.

Ushuaia is a natural wonder and this hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and informative. The only thing I didn't like was that the double bed is 2 single beds pushed together, but this seems to be the normal in Argentina. Breakfast was good, and the spa is included with your stay. It is also centrally located which is nice for finding food and shopping options on foot.

El alajamiento muy deprimente ,falta accesorios en la recámara, como por ejemplo donde apoyar las maletas.

The hotel is very nice, but the room and bathroom were very small. Not at all what I expected. The personal was attentive and nice in general. Location is nice.

Hotel très confortable, avec un restaurant très réputé et un bon petit déjeuner

Todo perfecto, muy buen hotel, excepto a la hora del check inn donde decían tener mi reserva duplicada y generó una demora además de la incomodidad que me generó el personal de front desk que dudaba de mi y sugería que yo había realizado la reserva duplicada.

Hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado. El restaurante excelente, lindo bar Tiene problemas con el wifi que lo necesito para trabajar

Buen servicio y comodidad

Nos quedamos una noche. Por un lado nos decepcionó la atención de los mozo de la confitería y del buffet. Distantes, mala actitud cuando se le pide algo. Pasaron dos comidas para cobrar. Luego, muy caluroso. Terminamos durmiendo con la ventana abierta en Comodoro, en JULIO.

Lamentablemente todo lo bueno se vio empañado por algún tipo de trabajo que estaba haciendo en el piso superior mucho ruido muy molesto todo el día
