The room and facilities are worth the price. Quite and calm surround, suitable for work and relax.

One of the few pet-friendly hotels. Would have wanted a clear (i.e. existing) protocols for bringing a pet in. I included a note in my reservation that I will be bringing a puppy. They were surprised and said I should've sent a photo etc. I asked sent to where, I only have the automated booking email. And the receptionist didn't answer. Had to wait at the lobby as they checked with management if we would be allowed to stay.

Staffs are friendly and nice. The place is nice its bigger and cozy. Will definitely back soon! Kudos!

Good place! Didn't expect na malawak pala ang room.

Their check in prosedur is too long almost 15min , the room is good but the first time I met that we have pay to have small mineral water 50p

Room was spacious, newly renovated, clean kitchen. Nice view of Filinvest’s green trees and fields. Considering going back for a staycation.

The renovation works started as early as 8am for the other units. I'd appreciate if they had not placed me right next to the renovation units or at least informed me. However, I'm glad that my room was upgraded but sadly, the renovation noise spoilt my stay.

Food is not good and some hotel staff

The staff here was so accommodating and was very kind. This is I think my 6th or 7th stay here and they were consistently nice to us. Kudos to your customer service! This is why I love staying with you!

Wifi in the room was not working but we didn't report it since we have our own data. We also encountered problem during check in. It was my somewhat my fault since I forgot to bring my ID but come on. Forcing me to go home just for the IDs is not acceptable when I have my 2daughters (2yrs and 4 yrs) with me . Also, it was my husband's birthday and was expecting for it to be hassle-free. We were held for sometime before they were able to come up or think of alternative docs I can provide. Other than those, My family had good sleep and stay. The room was clean and kitchen have thins we need.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are nice and approachable. We had a wonderful stay and it feels like home away from home. Surely will stay again.

Rooms was great. Almost complete kitchen amenities. Staff was kind. Place was near restaurants, fastfoods & supermarket. Hotel was clean. 👍

It was a great experience. The staff are really nice and prompt. the place is spacious. Though their parking really needs a lot of work. But still, will definitely go back.

Room is spacious, great for intimate gathering. Improvement in wifi connection, limited access and on/off connection. Check-in is at 3 pm, unlike other city hotel, check-in is at 2 pm.

The smell of the hotel as soon as you enter as well as the room is good. The rooms are spacious. The check in process was very smooth. Will definitely be back again.
