We loved our stay. Staff is lovely, specially Tango. They helped us with all kinds of tips os what to do, scheduled everything. And also made a really nice surprise in our room for our anniversary. Definetely recommend.

This property was small and adorable. It was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. I also enjoyed to room and the breakfast. I will definitely be coming back and staying at this property again. Also, the staff was nice and welcoming, all of our needs were attended to.

O quarto do hotel era bom, tivemos um up grade no quarto. O hotel não oferece muita infra estrutura, mas isso sem problemas, era a proposta. O problema é que a cama era terrível. Não era nivelada. Tinha a deformação do local onde as pessoas dormem e fazia barulho. O travesseiro era uma almofada grande e dura. Pedimos outro travesseiro após a primeira noite. Levou 2 dias para ser entregue.

Incroyable hôtel, cosy, caché et doté d’un personnel très charmant. La piscine est un vrai plus Nous y retournerons pour sûr à notre prochaine visite dans la région.

Die Buchung im Le Mandala war ein absoluter Fehler! Am Tag vor unserer Anreise wurden wir telefonisch informiert, dass dieses Hotel kein warmes Wasser habe und wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen müssten. Nach unserer Besichtigung des Hotels Le Mandala waren alle Türen verschlossen und ein Zettel wies darauf hin, dass man anrufen müsse! In unseren Augen stimmte alles nicht und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Hotel vielleicht aus finanziellen Gründen geschlossen war. Die Umquartierung in das andere Hotel La Ponche klappte nach harten Diskussionen. Wir hatten die Unterkunft ja bereits im Voraus bezahlt. Im La Ponche waren das Personal hilfsbereit und korrekt. Niemals würde ich mehr im Le Mandala buchen! Christian

Deuxième visite et toujours parfait ! Très bien situé et personnel très accueillant (l'ensemble du personnel : aussi bien l'acceuil de nuit comme de jour). Petit bémol : les chambres exposées au nord sont un peu fraîches.

I want to give a special shoutout to the staff at Hotel Le Mandela, they were absolutely amazing and so nice to us. We weren’t able to speak French and they helped us with getting taxis and negotiating with drivers. They made our stay very comfortable and I highly recommend them for their generosity and kind services!! It was also a close 10 min walk to the city town and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

It was really great, a really pleasure to stay there. Best of all, Sofiane at the reception, he is really the best, he made our stay special! Thanks for all sofiane!
