It’s very convenient

Lugaris afforded us an economical and comfortable experience for our business trip. The in-unit washer/dryer was a nice addition, though the QR-code assisted instructions were not for the same model we had. After WhatsApp discussion with the front office, we finally figured it out. Super comfy couch and beds, nice dining table, and adequate bathrooms.

The apartment is comfortable & clean. The location though a bit away from the city centre but is very near to the beach which is a plus for travellers who want a different way to experience Barcelona. Hotel staff very nice . The little drawback is the washing machine not working too well & the drying function not functioning. A pleasant stay on the whole.

We stayed in the 3rd floor, and for sure, we could not see the sea. Except this, everyting was good. It is suitable for couple to stay one week while you can cook, walking along the beach and so on. The ladies at the front table were nice.

訂的是海景房, 但是是需要遠望才看到的... 但apartment 的確是非常舒適. 設備齊全, 有廚房(大大的雪櫃, 焗爐, 洗碗碟機etc), 洗衣機連干衣機, 這個十分好!!!! 由於歐遊17日最後一站有廚房所以立刻煮飯食. 但廚房爐灶火力很弱, 炒雞蛋都用了5分鐘... 整餐飯弄了差不多1.5小時... 員工Mar很有禮貌, 主動提供協助!! Barcelona 的交通十分有趣, 走路和搭車時間差不多, 令我在4天搭了4程taxi....

A very nice condition and environment

I have stay in this apartment 3 days with my girlfriend. The location is really good, close to metro and bus stop, just walk about 5 minutes to beach, great view in the room, full equipment, totally is my best stay of Europe trip. And i have left the camera in reception, and the staff so helpful send back the camera to HONG KONG. If i stay Barcelona next time, i will choose this apartment again

现代风格公寓，非常适合家庭旅行，服务热情，贴心。附近有巴士，稍远有地铁（10步行10分钟）。过马路就是海边。驾车也很方便，车库/车位大，每天15欧元。

One block from the beach and 10 minute walk from the poblenou metro stop. Room was clean and everyone was friendly. Only hiccup is the cumbersome online check-in process

Stayed for 6 nights, the staff were welcoming and very accommodating. We originally booked the standard room but the previous guest smoked inside which left cigarette smell throughout so we requested to switch which they approved no problem, and we even got upgraded to the sea view room (granted it was the few available rooms at that time, which we are thankful for). There are good cafes within 5-10 min walk, the metro station is 10min walk, but there are bus stops within 3 min in front of the building that leads you to the main area of the city. That being said, the main area (aka Sagrada, gothic and other Gaudi attractions) are about 30min transportation from here so the commute can be a bit long if you’re not used to it. Overall highly recommend, especially with those coming with their family as the neighbourhood is safe, more locals here too

The "good" is that room was pretty large and had decent furnishings. There was a full kitchen and a combined clothes washer/dryer. One excellent feature of the apartment was free "included" parking (when book on expedia) in their underground parking garage, which for most other rentals would have cost about $22+ Euros a day in addition to the rent. The bed was large and mildly soft-on-firm and comfortable and the pillows were not too fluffy/soft or too stuffed. The Hotel is 2 minutes to the "beach" walk - which is a very nice area to stroll. The apartment is about 10 minutes (6 blocks) from the nearest Metro station (Poblenou station - L4 line). The bad was that there were no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and I had to research an online manual for the unit and my wife spent hours figuring out how to use the modes. Lugaris should definitely have a laminated sheet explaining how to use the washer/dryer. Another laminated sheet on how to use the microwave and even the water heater seems prudent. Even a sheet explaining how to use the bathtub/shower diverter &hot/cold handles would be a good idea. The Ugly: All the furniture is low to the ground. This might be a european thing. The tub high and deep and so be very careful climbing out of it with wet feet. The toilet daul-flush push knob continually pops out of its position and has to be "wiggled" back into place. There were No Ice Cube Trays.

Spacious apartment, full kitchen, washing machine etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend.
