No use la alberca

La habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. Sugiero que pongan cortinas gruesas pues entra muy temprano el sol y no deja descansar.

Se escucha mucho el ruido fuera de los cuartos.

No me dieron las habitaciones que reserve y me cobraron aparte por agarrar otras habitaciones que tuve que agarrar, siendo que ellos no limpiaron las habitaciones y no habia lo qué yo habia pagado

Excelente servicio y gran calidez de todo el personal, incluyendo al mesero del desayuno. Delicioso el desayuno

Las sabanas. Mal. El baño mal

This is not our first time staying at GS, just to love it. But with time that has change, we request balcony but not a single chair to seat! Wi-Fi will came at go. TV wasn't working. Card key was reissue 2 times and at the end of our stay they tried to give me someone else ID. I wont even go about the restaurant service! Sad to see that the quality of this hotel has being going down.

Me querían cobrar $500 por dejarme entrar a la habitación antes de las 3 PM

Instalaciones descuidadas almohadas horribles

No me respetaron mi habitación king size y me diero. Una cama matrimonial , se me hace nefasto eso pues es lo que pagas

En general bien. El registro muy rápido. El estacionamiento bien. La habitación normal, bien, tal vez un poco cara para lo antiguo que se ve todo. El único detalle fue que la habitación tenía un olor desagradable. Aparentemente del baño, que nos comentaron en recepción que a veces tienen problemas con las tuberías.

Hotel and motel located on highway entrance to the city of Cuernavaca. Easy to get a taxi or walk to bus stop. But this area of the city has been seriously neglected by city officials, has no sidewalks, not pedestrian crossing areas, not street marking for cars. Dirty and unkept but this no fault of the hotel.
