Had issuewls with check in Staff says we have stopped booking thru Hotels.com and we do not have your booking and after wasting couple of hours and fighting with them they gave the room. Washrooms are in pathetic condition. There were no towels in the bathroom and after asking for it they gave only 1. Overall a very sad experience with the hotel.

The AC was not working properly and night no temperature it was hot. Floors were sticky Nd no tissue papers., experienced bad when compared to last
