飯店人員熱情親切。早餐算豐盛，麵包，牛角麵包，蛋糕，荷包蛋，希臘優格跟新鮮水果。離伊亞鬧區走路10-15分鐘，想省錢又想有大空間的旅客可以考慮。

飯店員工非常親切並詳細向我們介紹附近景點，交通以及飯店設施。飯店內部乾淨，有泳池及露天臺可看海，整體感覺讓人放鬆，而且旁邊就有公車停靠，非常方便。

酒店位于伊亚中心，到市中心很方便，可以方便的逛夜市。酒店门口有公交车站，出行去别的小镇包括机场往返都很方便。稍微贵一点的房型房间很大。早餐一般。

Very close to oia center and bus stop. But no view from my room, the windows is locked. I can saw a good Santorini views for roof Breakfast very nice.good air conditioning. But the bathroom quite small. I need to saythanks to staffs, they helped me to printed out my boarding pass free of charge!!

This was my first night staying in santorini. I took the bus from Fira to oia. It was quite convenient as there was a bus stop next to the hotel but quite far from the oia town like 10 mins walk. The reception was welcoming and the environment was okay. The shower water was very weak if you didn't hold the switch tightly. The pool outside was quite dirty. Quite recommend for those traveling with bulky luggage if you wanna stay in oia as there are many slippery steps going up and down to those white cave houses but the bad thing was that we couldn't experience living in a white cave house. The room was small, that's why not value for money.

The hotel was perfect. Close to the busy part of Oia but just far enough away to be peaceful. The pool area is beautiful. The breakfasts were filling and delicious and if you choose to eat other meals at the restaurant, there is a 10% discount. We had a car and really appreciated the parking but if you don’ t the bus station is just across the street. Highly recommend. We will be back to stay again.

This is our second time here . This place is awesome . Super clean , near to Oia . Across a small supermarket . They also have a restaurant next door which is super convenient. Will always recommend!!!! It’s excellent !

Delicious breakfast, great location across the street from a general market and island bus stop. Extremely clean although the bathroom was very small. Very basic room and small tv but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyways. Great value for Oia— across from the Luxury Collection Mystique Hôtel.

From the start, the experience was frustrating. The hotel entrance is through a hidden driveway off a busy one-way main road, blocked by a bar that was closed. No one was available to open it. Each time I had to circle back, it took me about 25 minutes — and I had to do this three times. Finally, I had to ask someone nearby to find the receptionist and get her to come out to the street to open the bar so I could access the driveway and reach the back parking lot. Staffing was extremely limited — no one was there to help with luggage or offer basic assistance. The breakfast buffet was unappealing and poorly presented, and the staff that were present were neither welcoming nor service-oriented. Despite leaving a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping still entered my room. Overall, this stay was stressful and disappointing from beginning to end. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

A lot of good things about our stay. Location, staff, pool area, comfortable bed, breakfast. I gave all these great rating. Overall gave a medium score for a tiny bathroom, small shower that always got water all over the floor, and very low desk and chair in the room. Staff was great

The reception personale is very helpful. The hotel is located 10 min to the shoping area of Oia and restaurants. Note: a lot of restaurants are overpriced but you can find few that offer good food for a fair price. I wish hotel rooms had better sound proffing, I had to use noise canceling headphones to be able to sleepin in the morning at list till 8 am.

Très bel accueil bien expliqué L’hôtel est situé à l’entrée de oia 10 min de marche C’est très propre partout, la chambre donne sur le parking ou piscine il n’y a pas de vue L’emplacement est a discuter..c’est vrai qui il est au calme mais je n’ai pas trouvé oia dérangeante , le seul moment où c’est la folie est le coucher du soleil et donc quelque soit votre hôtel vous n’y échapperez pas, I faut y aller à 18h30 et réserver sa place à moins de prendre un hôtel avec vue sur la caldeira mais c’est plus cher Il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel, très joli, le service y est irréprochable et les plats sont délicieux Bon rapport qualité prix pour profiter de la proximité de oia des dômes des transports des boutiques resto sans casser votre budget
