Fantastic spacious 2 bedroom apartment. We stayed as a family and walked out in the evening to restaurants, perfect location with secure parking.

Good location, comfortable apartment and helpful staff. It was strange and unhelpful that there were no instructions as to how to work the oven - it took staff time to work it out themselves.

Easy to find from the airport. Staff really helpful. Apartment was on ground floor near pool, so great access to pool area. The room was very clean and had everything needed for a few days near camps bay. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels so all in all very impressive - and great secure parking.

Hardly have words to describe how beautiful it is at The Crystal Apartments. It's even nicer in real life compared to the pictures. We got a room on the first floor, and it was so beautiful waking up and walking straight out on our private terrace, having a view of Lions Head mountain. Camps Bay is also the best place to watch sunsets. Our apartment was HUGE, with a beautiful and social kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a bathtub. Also very nice staff, and it felt supersafe to stay here:) No doubt where I'm gonna stay next time I'm in Cape Town!

POSITIV: - Lage /Aussich - Größe der Wohnung - Ausstattung der Küche - Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Haus - Security in der Tiefgarage ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit - Bequeme Betten VERBESSERUNGSFÄHIG: - Sauberkeit - Es fehlten zum Teil Vorhänge - Es wurden (von wem auch immer) Servietten zur Abdichten der undichten Fenster verwendet - Schimmel in der Dusche - Beim Bad unten war jedes Mal nach dem Duschen der Teppichboden im angrenzenden Schlafzimmer nass - Bei Fliesen im Flur fehlen Stücke - Balkonmöbel wäre schön gewesen

hervorragende Unterkunft! Sehr schöner Pool mit genügend Liegen. Das Auto konnten wir kostenlos und sicher in der Tiefgarage parken. Hervorragende, moderne Ausstattung mit viel Platz. Die Unterkunft bietet Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Wasserkocher. Die Wohnung wird täglich gereinigt, sogar das Geschirr wird gespült und die Spülmaschine ausgeräumt. Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Einziger negativer Punkt: Entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung gab es kein Wifi. Wir mussten uns auf eigene Kosten eine SIM-Karte kaufen. Eine Erstattung wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Location, view and actual apartment was good - poor communication on booking (booked an airport transfer and no one turned up) - facilities also poor within complex - lift wasn’t working for the week we were there and had to carry luggage up and down 3 floors - and air conditioner didn’t work in bedroom - reported it to reception and they said they would fix, however, at no time during the week did anyone look at it

Thank you guys for such a great time on my travel to Cape Town for my birthday. The service was wonderful! Hope to return to Cape Town soon :)

The apartment was spacious and had a fridge ,freezer ,washing machine etc which was great . Lovely views . Attention to detail lacking however . Having to ask for a plug to have a bath is not acceptable . A broken fan isn’t either . A shame as it would put me off returning.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. No surprises. The room was in great condition and clean. The view was amazing from our room and from the pool area. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bradley checked us in and out promptly he was very helpful with helping us book day trips and activities and finding places to eat. Housekeeping cleaned tidied the room daily. I would recommend and book again in the future
