網頁註明有冷氣但沒有，打開窗又很多不明飛行昆蟲非常滋擾，通往房間樓層的大門壞了多天，要從另一通道上一層再下回一層才回到房間很不方便！

Friendly Staff , close to bus and tram and free coffee

Es muy buen lugar. Si solo vas a visitar unos días está muy bien. En el piso de abajo, donde estaba mi habitación hace algo de frío en la época en la que estuve. Puedes guardar tu comida en la nevera comun del piso de la recepción y allí tambien hay una cocina. Las paredes son delgadas y facilmente escuchas a tus vecinos en la noche. Aunque, no había nadie tan ruidoso. No fue un gran problema. A veces el internet se pone lento. Pero normalmente funciona. El señor joven de recepción es totalmente amable! La señora más adulta no lo es tanto, pero tampoco es mala. Lo que más me encantó fue la zona. Está muy bien ubicada la pensión. Llegas en 15min a pie al Ayuntamiento y la zona turistica. En frente está el bus y dos línes de tranvía a menos de 2min caminando. El metro queda como a 7min caminando. La zona es muy segura y tranquila.

Reception was a little tricky to find. Room was small but worked, location was excellent. Bus 13a framed you from main train station to hotel at the end of the line. Tram was right outside the front door to get you to the center. So location was excellent.,

Very good accommodation, close to all main things in Vienna

The staff was attentive and gave us plenty of towels and bedding. We were able to check in really early, which was so nice. The walls are a little thin, but we bought our white noise machine, so it was fine. Good stay.

Pension très bien située. Isolation phonique moyenne avec les voisins donc prévoyez des boules quies. Chambre située sur une cour donc aucune nuisance de la rue. Tram juste devant la porte du bâtiment. Pension parfaite pour dormir, prendre une douche et partir sillonner la ville toute la journée !

出来るだけ安く旅したいがドミトリーは避けたい、という方にオススメ。 オーナーはフレンドリー、無料コーヒーサービスあり、部屋の清掃は行き届いていました。 ただ隣室の音がよく聞こえるので、敏感な人には向かないかも。

Great location and for the price it’s what you get. No complaints. The owner, does not speak good English but we were able to get by. Not an issue just an FYI.

Second time staying here, good location just by two tram lines and a bus stop. Excellent price and simple, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff and if you arrive late the keys are left out for you.

Det var tydeligvis et pensionat for østeuropæiske håndværkere. Drikkelag om natten, så man fik ikke meget ro. Det var ikke en gang billigt. Jeg følte det meget utrygt. Værelset var meget lille og skrabet, skæve gulve og en seng der med fordel kunne fortjene en ny madras - den var hul i midten efter virkelig mange overnatninger.

Ok, so it's not the Ritz but it is in a great location for the Christmas market (the reason for our visit). There is a tram stop out the front making travel to other Vienna must sees very easy. The cafe over the road has great gnocchi and there is a convenience store a few shops away. If you need somewhere clean, comfy and convenient Pension Vera is great.
