Although communication is a bit difficult, as I only know very limited Spanish and Margarita do not speak much English, She is nice and willing to help! I stayed there for 21 nights for my washout before going back to my home country. Due to the entry requirements of my home country and the loss of my passport, I need to print out tons of documents, but I don’t want to go to photocopy shops outside as those documents contained my personal information. Therefore, I asked Margarita and she only charged me very little for this (I would charge more if a resident keeps using so many papers of mine) Also, they value cleanliness of the rooms, most of the day I was lazy and didn’t want to go out, but they would still ask me if I needed room cleaning, which is very important during the pandemic. If I insisted no, they would at least give me some new towels, which I appreciated it very much. My room was tidy and comfortable, but you may need to equip yourself with flip flops, toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner as they are not provided, but they can easily be found in the supermarkets which are very closed to this hotel. The location is great, although it was pretty hard for me to spot the hotel the night I first came here, finding a restaurant, going to landmarks/ metro station, buying foods/drinks in supermarket was very convenient.

The only thing I like about this hotel is the location. In walking distance you can reach Palace, Opera, Sol, Gran Via, metro easily. There're also many restaurants , cafe and shops around. However the soundproof is terrible. When I arrived after whole night flight I just wanted to take a nap at 1 pm. The two staff chatted loudly in the aisle for over than 10 minutes. I heard everything clearly just like they spoke in front of me. I was exhausted so I went to them to ask them please talk somewhere else. Unbelievable one of them answered me "THIS IS NOT YOUR HOME". Which hotel staff can be rude more than that? And every morning when they started to clean rooms, you will hear they sing even you don't want to. And of course you can also hear the sound from other some rooms. So really it's not a pleasant experience for me. Also the staffs don't speak English well and they made me feel it's my fault that I don't speak Spanish.

I stayed there for 1 night, and really had a good rest. The room was cozy, bright and clean. Most importantly, it was quiet enough for me to have a good sleep. I would want to stay there again if I visit Madrid again in the future.

Good location, clean, worthy.

The hotel location is good but not easy to discover. and it is noisy at night as it is close to the street, but staff is really friendly and toilet and room is very clean, they will clean it everyday and help you to make the bed too.

旁邊就是地鐵站，交通非常方便，飯店就在熱鬧的街上，逛街很方便。

owner can,t speak english but she was friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided is superd and wifi connection is awesome!!

绝隹地点

對於一個背包客而言，這間Hostal已經沒什麼可挑剔了！人親切又和善！地點又再市區，不用煩惱不方便！下次如果有機會，我還是會選這間！

I booked a single room but I get a dorm room with 4 beds. All furniture look old, and the floor is dirty. The lady at the reception desk doesn't speak english so we can not communicate about my problems. But it's cheap and the location is really good.

Está más deteriorado de lo que muestran las fotos. No tiene aislamiento acústico, se escucha todo de la habitaciónes continuas. Muy limpio, me cambiaron la toallas todos los días sin pedirlo. La señora de recepción muy amable.

Tiene una ubicación perfecta en el centro, Margarita es una excelente anfitriona, muy atenta siempre y nos ayudó con el taxi de regreso al aeropuerto y todo muy bien. Puedes dejar equipaje de forma segura en lo que puedes hacer check in. La habitación súper limpia, quizás falta remodelar algunas partes pero todo muy bien!!

There wasn’t breakfast. Didn’t get the air con remote until the day before we left, but kept window open. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, sheets. The staff were lovely, no English but we got by. The room was quite noisy from the street below to the snoring and talking from the ppl next door. Great location. Glad we didn’t pay the full price though!

L’hôtel est « dans son jus » : des prises fatiguées, des fissures dans les murs et de la peinture écaillée. Rien de très méchant. Plutôt calme malgré une insonorisation très légère… Par contre, le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable (nous avons pu laisser les valises gratuitement en garde avant et après les heures de réservation), et le ménage est fait tous les jours, les serviettes changées tous les jours. Nickel sur la propreté ! Possibilité de réserver depuis l’hôtel les petits déjeuners dans un café situé à 2 minutes de marche, pas chers et très bons (5 ou 6 types de petits déjeuners proposés, avec un système de coupons). Excellent rapport qualité / prix !!

A Margarita é uma querida, nos ajudou com tudo de que precisamos durante nossos dias em Madrid. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito confortável e limpo. Nossa estadia foi ótima.

Hotel maravilhoso, próximo de tudo.

Ar condicionado é somente frio(não funciona na época de frio), aquecedor funcionanando irregularmente. Mas para compensar esta situação o atendimento da Sra. Margarita foi muiiiiiiito bom. Até nos ajudou a localizar estacionamento público (Custo adicional) próximo para evitar multa defronte a acomodação. Colchão de espuma. Café da manhã em cafeteria próxima a um custo justo.

Ótima localização porem quarto muito pequeno com cheiro de desinfetante, e hotel com cheiro de cigarro muito ruim. Ar condicionado sem funcionar
