The hotel location is very good because it is in the old quarter area and very close to the Hoan Kiem River. Staff are very welcome and friendly, Cara is one of them, she always takes care of our breakfast every morning. But we did have a problem with our room door when we first checked in, but the rest are great. Recommended to stay here.😍

Hotel berada di lokasi strategis, dekat sekali dengan Hoan Kiem Lake, staf hotel sangat ramah dan membantu sekali. Kita sangat menyukai keramahan di hotel ini. Sangat merekomendasikannya.

Đồ ăn chưa đa dạng, nhưng phòng ốc thì tuyệt vời.

Khách sạn rất mới, nhân viên thân thiện và chu đáo, phòng tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ. Có dịp sẽ quay trở lại.

Hotel and room looked pretty. Great service, we had to check out early in the morning and they arranged breakfast to go. Overall great experience!

Clear but Old, very old hotel. My room don’t have windows. Breakfast is ok ( just ok)

The hotel is located nearby lots of good restaurants and bars. Walking distance from everywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed at room with balcony, very nice to just chill yourself with a glass of wine.... If you arrive in the hotel during weekend please be mindful that all the streets nearby are blocked due to weekend market, so please prepared yourself to walk a bit before reaching out to the hotel

房间适中，干净，舒适。地理位置优越，距离同京义图（高地）广场仅 1 分钟步行路程，而且很安静。工作人员很热情，但是对旅游景点不太了解。

A very nice, clean and tidy hotel with helpfull staff and can speaks English. Hotel located in the heart of Hoan Kiem Lake District and only 5 minutes walking to the lake.
