Parking was easy and secure and under cover, staff were all pleasant and helpful, room was clean and modern. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice as was the evening meal.

all good would use again in that area.

We were in what I would call the annex which was lovely as had our own garden area with table and chairs. Room very spacious and loved the decor. Bathroom a wee bit tired and does need TLC but clean. Breakfast lovely and lots of choice and receptionist (young lady with dark hair) was so helpful. Definitely returning.

Parking limited, breakfast super expensive, water pressure very poor so taking a shower can be very challenging

Lovely staff, polite younger female at reception/bar made me feel accommodated and looked after. Gave me suggestions about the area and did so with a smile. All round lovely 2 night stay 🙂

Trevligt, klassiskt hotell i gammal byggnad. Vi bodde i ett rum i utbyggnaden. Bra, förutom att det var lite varmt. Fin frukostbuffé där man också kunde beställa från en menu. Parkering under tak för ett mindre antal bilar, men finns stor allmän parkering ett kvarter bort. Trevlig personal!

Bethan, Ben and Dylan were so nice and helpful. They responded almost immediately when we had a small problem — our fault — and resolved the issue. The house and decor are are sweet and pretty, and location beautiful and calming. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Hotel was clean , room spacious good location and staff were nice . Downside : rooms need a bit of refurbishment , table lights didn’t work, bbc player wasn’t loading and tv was constantly freezing. Room wasn't tided up properly one day . Maid left the key in my door from outside which was there all day and anyone could get in . When I took it to receptionist , I didn't even get an apology. Food in they restaurant well overpriced for what it was , quality was on a downside. Breakfast charged at £20 pp :( which is quite shocking considering the over all level of hotel .

Breakfast was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient. Building had character and well maintained. Lovely stay definitely stay again close to everything.

Impressed with the quality and decor in my room, plus besides being well positioned in the town, the food in the restaurant and at breakfast was superb. Lovely helpful staff too :D

Was stuck in traffic and called reception to ask about check in-Sharon was an absolute delight, explained me alternative check in process and gave all info through the phone, honestly I could not thank her enough how helpful she was. Lovely girl in the reception the next day talked us through the breakfast and check out procedure. Room was very tidy, great size and extremely clean. There was tv for little entertainment that done the job for my little one. Dining/breakfast area was very modest, breakfast menu had a nice variety and we had some nice toast, coffee and juice whilst waiting. Everything was smooth - they have parking at the back but ai just parked in front as theres two spaces and I knew I will be out by the time restrictions apply (parking from 8 am for one hour without return only). Would definitely come back again!

Was just there for one night in one of the smaller rooms, everything was fine, in particular the staff were very frendly and helpful.

I was escorted to my table at breakfast. Excellent location between the two railway stations. Staff were excellent.
