Love this hitel very central

The hotel self is very modern and clean. It’s apartment style for family, which equipped with living room and a kitchen. We have everything to cook basic meals for both of us. Location is quiet and safe. It’s a hour away from Palma airport by car. Mallorca gets dark by 7 pm. We checked in after dark. The parking lot is behind the hotel. It took us 3 times to located. Otherwise location is quiet and safe. We stayed in Mallorca for 4 nights. We were only able to book for 2 nights and had to stay another hotel for 2 nights, which is overpriced comparing with this one.

The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. At the same time the Esmeralda Garden hotel is a small lovely place not as overcrouded as the Esmeralda Park. It has own lovely swimming pool and it is quieter and less crouded compared to the pool at Esmeralda Park. Near the hotel at least 3 supermarkets at 5 min walk, many other shops, and there are tapas restaurants who offer also a cheesburger with cheeps at an affordable price. Different dining options for different budgets. There are two big play areas for kids and adults which my daughter adored: trampolines, inflatables, electric racing cars, and other. The karaoke bar nearby was fantastic, they had great shows every evening inviting singers to perform from 9-10:30 pm alongside normal karaoke activities at all other times. You come there, order drinks and enjoy the shows. Inturotel was a real discovery for us, definitely coming back. Enjoyed every minute, never had such a variety of activities placed on one spot. No need for a car, accessing everything we need by walking, enough fun for 10 days of stay. There is a car rental nearby, but many buses available.

Located in a busy and noisy tourist area. We were looking for quiet and this is not it! Very Loud music every night from near by bar. A hotel this size should be able to influence the noise level of their neighbors. Room was nice, comfy bed. No clean sheets or towels the entire week.

Well placed hotel for a family holiday, nice room hotel and rooms clean, good aircon well down a little by the tired looking bathrooms, all staff we met very helpfull

Family friendly property with tons of things to do with kids. This was our third time at one of the Inturotel hotels in Mallorca and they always deliver. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is good (we go with the half board plan - so breakfast and dinner is included), the pools are clean and the beach is next door to the other Inturotel hotels.

Lovely friendly staff, cleaning staff are great. I would definitely go back.

We had a pool view room. The hotel was safe, clean and staff friendly.. self catering rooms would benefit from having a microwave installed.. other than that all facilities, staff and environment was brilliant..

Spacious apartments in good position and quieter than the sister apartments. Well equipped

Comfortable family hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great location. Close to some local cafes, restaurants and shops and only a 10 minute walk to Cala D'or central for even more choice. Having the living area/ kitchenette was really handy for the evenings after putting our toddler down. We were based at the back of the hotel which is much quieter than pool front side which is opposite the local karaoke bar. The air conditioning wasn't very strong but that might have just been our room. Weather was nice for May, some overcast bits of days but still fairly warm. It gets very cool in the evenings though. Pool and sea still freezing so be warned! Liked being able to use the facilities at the nearby Inturotel Esmeralda but the buffet dinner we tried one night was quite pricey and a bit stressful. Think local restaurants were better value. Like how much they cater for children with little play parks, a kids club for over 4s etc.

hotel was clean and quiet but not quite what was expected , the photos on the websites make the pool area look much bigger. also disappointed there was no bar or food.

Wonderful stay staff so friendly and helpful. Clean and close to everything you would want. Sometimes noisy at night but room was near reception so to be expected. Pool fab, wifi expensive but free in reception and worked every time.

Hotel was spot on, terrible amount of ants around balcony area but to be expected on holiday, rooms were always kept clean with room service 5 days out of 7. Bed probably not the comfiest ive stayed in but did the job. Asked for a pool view room but got room 217 looking into a back street with a large tree obscuring most view. Hotel were happy to accomadate pool view room when available but we decided just to stick with where we were. The hotel itself is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday as there is no pool entertainment etc. Everything is done in the main hotel 10 mins walk away. Bar closes at 18:00 aswell as snack bar closing at 15:30. Overall a nice place to stay but basic. Would recommend for a quiet holiday. If your looking entertainment teams and pool games during the day etc its not ideal. Would not recommend for families with young children as theres not much for them to do at this hotel.

Lovely accommodation. Very clean, basic but comfortable. Pool nice no problem getting sunbeds. Pool towels available.

Stayed 2nd WK in may, good location,near shops, supermarkets,bars, restaurants,not far to beach. All staff very friendly and helpful even cleaning staff. Spotlessly clean rooms, and very spacious, public areas and pool.stayed self catering, kitchen well equipped, kettle, toaster, pans, 2 ring electric hob, ect. Free WiFi in basement/playroom which had a TV, internet access, snooker table, book selection and comfy settees.first visit to this hotel and would definitely return. As other reviews mentioned there is a karaoke bar across the road which you can hear from your room ( we had a lovely pool view room ) it can be loud but we did,nt mind it, and it does finish around midnight.

We stayed at this Hotel in September/October 2015 and had a really relaxing time. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the Staff are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of sunbeds round the pool area. The only slight complaint would be the showers aren't brilliant but that's a minor thing. This is a quiet place so if you want more activity it's not for you but it's in a really good location, close to all amenities. Overall an excellent Hotel.

We were a bit taken aback to be told we had to go to the main hotel for meals (half board) - 5 to 10 minute walk. However once we got used to it we didn't particularly mind.

Close to the beach and sister hotel is fantastic with gorgeous views. Brilliant location next to the children's fun park and only 5-7 min walk to the centre Would stay here again.

Great stay, great staff, great breakfast, very good location.
