The cleaning ladies are very diligent and caring to visitors. The only thing I really don’t like is that when I arrive in the morning after long flight and will stay for 4 days they say the early check in will charge euro 49. I thought it’s fair and then I decline it. However when I checked out I saw a same situation and the desk voluntarily ask the customers to come back in an hour and the room will be ready in the morning. It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated

Very nice Hotel

just close to the river with river seeing view，but not very close to the metro station. Clean room with warm service. Hotel is easy to be found.It's good stay ing experience.

Great stay, the room was like brand new and extremely clean, the pool was a bit smaller then it looked online but still very relaxing and well kept. The staff however were extremely rude, I don’t speak Spanish and the English was alright but not amazing (which is totally fine just need to be slower) I was being rushed through the check in process and yelled at upon arrival. Other wise tho great stay.

Alt fint! fint hotell, enkelt med buss til sentrum. Tryggt og stille område. Rent og fint hotell. god frokost. Bassenget var litt lite område da ble det litt trangt og venting for solstoler da de var begrenset. ellers alt kjempe fint

+ Fint läge vid Manzanaresfloden, rent, fin utsikt från rum på övre planen, bra mat i restaurangen (lite dyrt kanske), flera kaffemaskiner i frukostrummet och stort urval i buffén. Husdjursvänligt förutom i restaurangen. Garage, fast dyrt. Lugn liten terrass i trädgården där det var ok att hunden var med. - Rörigt vid incheckning, mycket folk i foajé och festutrymmen 1 tr upp så det blev väldigt högljutt. 2 av 3 hissar ur funktion under dagen när folk checkar ut och in, stort problem när man bor på övre planen och/eller har mycket bagage, de blev inte lagade förrän på kvällen. Dessutom missförstånd vid incheckningen som jag, kunden, fick försöka lösa själv, det tog dyrbar tid som vi redan hade planer för. (Däremot stort plus för hjälpen i telefon med Expedía, trevlig kille som fixade lätt och snabbt och gjorde så att vi slapp betala dubbelt! Och meddelade receptionen själv så jag slapp!) Noll samarbete mellan reception och restaurang, hade bokat en stor lunch för ett flertal personer i god tid innan men restaurangen hade den inte. De skyllde på varandra. När jag väl ändå kunde ha den planerade sammankomsten där så hade de personalbrist och dessutom slut på flera saker ur menyn fast det var vanlig spansk lunchtid. Den stackars servitrisen som hade vårt bord var superstressad (men vänlig dock!). Allt detta förstörde ju lite av stämningen, men maten vi till slut fick var verkligen jättegod och vi lyckades ha trevligt trots allt. Fint hotell men dåligt organiserat!

The staff was not helpful. The property is good for location just the staff. I didn’t feel welcome any of the 3 times that I have stayed this last month. Kept going back for the location

Staff was un attentive.

Pool was closed during our stay which made a big impact on our stay. Hotel should advise guests in the future if it will be closed during their stay. Should have a concierge to help guests navigate the city including activities.

Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping excellent, breakfast very good, front desk staff could try to be a bit more helpful and not as abrupt with their answers. e.g. "Could you call me a taxi? ..Taxi out there." "You owe for breakfasts. ...I paid when I arrived....No.... Let me check- oh I see ok" Some of this is a lost in translation problem but the effect is to make the customer feel like they are annoying the staff.
