(1) Excellent concierge with comprehensive advices on sightseeing, however the location is a bit far from the city centre. (2) Poor attitude of staff at restaurant, particularly breakfast time. No sympathy to tourists for any food, wrap up everything right on the dot at 10am. (3) Tourists are advised to be back to hotel before nightfall.

The property is well kept, clean, safe, and the breakfast is excellent. The vache noire mall is right next door and has plenty of choices for food and shopping. The parking garage is large and easily accessible. Being outside is city center is worth it to not have all the noise, pickpockets, and questionable hotels. This is a great choice and worth every penny.

The hotel was ok. We were on a family holiday with younger children but we were put on different floors. Then we were not able to go up or down to other floors due to ‘hotel policy’ . Someone got stuck in the lift and then we only had one lift for the rest of the stay.

I was evicted from the hotel I was booked at and was expected to make my own way to another hotel whilst they cancelled my booking.

Great location with convenient access to local trains but the room we stayed at had no air conditioning. For this reason, we will not be staying at this location if we visit Paris again.
