The hotel is beautiful, cleaned with character & charm. The staff super helpful and kind and the location is in La Recoleta, nice area 10 or 11 blocks from the Obelisco. Breakfast was very good.

Amei a estadia, voltarei e indicarei a amigos com certeza. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é a rede de internet. O Wi-Fi caía e voltava o tempo todo, impossibilitando calls de trabalho.

Staff so very friendly and kind. Nothing was to much trouble . Breakfast was nice and fresh with a good selection. Would stay here again .

Breakfast was good The gym is basic

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean, although shower could be better maintained.

A equipe é maravilhosa, muito simpática e prestativa. A localização, área da piscina e sauna são excelentes. O quarto em que nos hospedamos (standard) é bom. O café-da-manhã e a academia são básicos. No geral, gostamos muito da experiência.

It was inconvenience the work on the street, we should have received some kind of compensation.

The streets surrounding the hotel were blocked off for road work. The hotel should inform guests that they will have to walk at least a block with their suitcases to access the hotel or to catch a cab.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. Nothing but amazing with a great staff, friendly service, and immaculate facilities. Staff is always ready to help, booking a taxi, recomennding a restauran in the area. Great location and a super breakfast.
