Un po' di confusione per la gestione del check-in. Appartamento pulito, rinnovato e confortevole situato al secondo piano senza ascensore. Niente colazione, ma è comunque presente una sala da pranzo con cucina attrezzata al piano terra.

Nice room and not too far to talk to the train station or center of town. Staff let me check in early when I arrived in the morning which was nice.

We booked the economy double but they gave as a very large triple room. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and modern, but there was no place to put the soap and shampoo in the shower area. There is a very convenient free parking named "Italia" one block from the hotel. It is walking distance to center and next to a shopping mall. Maybe a bit overpriced but there was an event in Brescia while we stayed there.

Hade bokat ett rum på 90 kvm med två sovrum, vardagsrum mm. Fick ett litet dubbelrum utan att kompenseras.

This was a delightful boutique BandB. For the money we couldn't have expected more. The staff were a delight. Although not speaking much English they were helpful and couldnt do enough for us. Christina who I think is the manager has an excellent understanding of english and was at hand to help with any questions. We found it so easy to get around Brescia and saw all we wanted. They gave us a very detailed area map that we used all during our stay. Iv read some bad reviews about this hotel but in our opinion it meets all the requirements. Its only small and maybe you can hear the noises from the kitchen in the morning but its not horrendous. It was clean and comfortable and you get what you pay for.

Personal muy agradable y muy atentos, la habitación y el baño en muy buenas condiciones, prácticamente nuevo. Desayuno muy abundante y bueno. Ubicación excelente cerca de la estación del tren y del centro.

To many stairs, good location great place to visit

Penosa la colazione,ai minimi termini..... personale estremamente cortese, molto cordiali e disponibili. Altra piccola pecca, le due bottigliette d'acqua previste nella stanza non c'erano e non mi sono state date. Location molto comoda sia alla stazione che al centro storico, ottima per visitare la città a piedi.

Excelente atención y amabilidad, al igual que el alojamiento, Buenísimo el desayuno, muy amplia y confortable la habitación con equipamiento moderno.

Questo B&B si presenta pulito e ordinato, la camera era moderna e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Personale molto gentile e premuroso. Piccoli peccati veniali ma tutti trascurabili e devo dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato molto soddisfacente. Consigliato.

Soggiorno molto piacevole grazie al la atmosfera familiare del relais e alla sua posizione tranquillq esicura nella citta di Brescia.

Io e la mia compagna siamo stati bene a questo hotel, il personale è cordiale e amichevole, all'entrata, uscita e soprattutto durante la colazione, essenziale e molto buona. Abbiamo soggiornato benissimo e lo consiglio vivamente.

3rd visit to see car rally. as always hotel perfect but rather limited on breakfast on first morning!! situation perfect. bedroom change around with suitable beds for 4 men.

Camera soppalcata molto accogliente. Peccato per il poco isolamento delle stanze.

Ottima l'accoglienza (personale veramente gentile e disponibile).. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo(meno di 60euro/notte), buona la pulizia della camera.. non giudicabile la colazione in quanto non usufruita.. ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal centro parcheggio gratuito a 200m pecca l'insonorizzazione della camera in quanto si sentono quasi tutti i rumori delle camere adiacenti e del corridoio..

After multiple delayed flights and missed connections, I finally reach the hotel at 9pm after 18 hours of travel. The reservation confirmation noted they are open until 10pm. I walked from the train station (10 mins if you do it all right) in the cold, quiet night only to find the doors closed. I ring the bell. I wait. I ring the bell. I wait more. I wait further. I ring the bell twice. I wait. I try knocking at the door, maybe the bell doesn't work. I ring the bell. I knock. Without a working phone, I'm standing out there for quite some time in the cold night air. Eventually, an older man answers the door and immediately scolds me for making a ruckus. He keeps me outside quizzing me what I want. I tell him I'm trying to check-in, my phone is not working, I've been traveling since yesterday with a ton of problems and I need WiFi to contact a friend to ensure her I'm okay. He still doesn't let me in. I produce my reservation for him and he says he needs to get his glasses to read it. Then he proceeds to tell me they don't use Orbitz and I am trying to use a fake reservation. I'm exasperated but ensure his hotel name & address are correct. Yes, they are correct, but this is a fake reservation. Fine I say, can I at least get WiFi as I am 90 minutes late for a friend who was expecting me. No, he tells me, WiFi is only for guests and I'm not a guest as they have no business with Orbitz. I can pay him for a real reservation or leave. Eventually OK. WiFi TERRIBLE! Otherwise OK
