I had low expectations of this hotel due to reviews but was very pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again. Can only assume poor reviews are for apartments and not rooms. We had a newly renovated suite which had a separate living area and two bathrooms. Yes you could hear music from outside but wasnt awful. We paid a supplement for the 'thinky' card as travelling with 2 year old- bit unclear what it actually covered bar a room with pureed sauces for pastilla for kids dinner? However childcare was reasonably priced and while attendants were young (students?) they were sweet. Excellent location. Only criticsm would be the high level of greenwashing- lots of plastic.

Abbiamo apprezzato il soggiorno nella struttura, le camere i servizi del ristorante. Ottima gestione delle intolleranze alimentari. Da migliorare il servizio del Junior club in termini di proposte da rivolgere ai ragazzi la sera (motivo per cui avevamo scelto questa struttura nel periodo di Capodanno)

Bella esperienza praticamente sulle piste. Camere belle rifatte. Ottimo servizio praticamente in tutto l'hotel e tutte le strutture. Ristorante di buona qualità ma tanta confusione viste le numerose persone presenti. Da migliorare ascensori.

Overall the accommodation was good and a nice location to the slopes. Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. I would most probably stay there again in the future.

Super location - worn down hotel, terrible service - like really terrible. Processes and rules like 80’ties Eastern Europe. Strange rules, papers and copies in binders and it peaked with huge depoait for getting a kettle in the room. Suoer rude reception.

Hotellet är stort och ligger i en betongmiljö som påminner om en svensk förort. Hotellet har ingen trevlig lounge alls. Bar finns men den ligger i vad som skulle kunna förväxlas med en fritidsgård, slitna möbler i stark belysning. Eftersom det inte finns någon lounge eller bar nära hotellet och inte heller i byn, blir kvällarna trista. Men personalen är trevlig och tack vare den väldigt fina frukosten, som verkligen har allt plus närheten till pist och kabin (nästan ski in, ski out) kan en del av ovan förlåtas. Vuxna som åker utan barn bör dock överväga annat hotell

Pour les points forts: l'hôtel est tres bien situé a proximité du depart du télécabine, les chambres sont refaites dans un style montagnard et agréable. Le personnel du restaurant ou du bar est convivial et aimable. Ideal pour un sejour en groupe et faire la fête. Points d'amelioration: bruyant, a eviter pour un sejour romantique, L'hôtel est bien équipé et dispose de tout, toutefois le personnel de la reception n'oriente pas bien le client, j'ai du faire la file d'attente une seconde fois pour rechercher une clef pour un casier pour les skis, on avait choisi la formule petit dejeuner uniquement mais on ne nous avait pas fait un peu de pub pour le 2eme retaurant qui est fort bien. Sans ces manquements a la reception, le sejour aurait été mieux noté.

Good family ski hotel. Cant beat It for convenience or lack of crowds.

Albergo molto grande anche se meriterebbe qualche piccolo rinnovamento. Posizione perfetta per lo sci. Colazioni e cene abbondantissime. Atmosfera amichevole. Consigliato!

Località splendita, hotel situato in un posto strategico, vicino agli impianti di risalita, ottimo per gli sciatori. Da evidenziare il servizio di accoglienza, di intrattenimento e ristorazione, tutto ottimo. Una vacanza sicuramente da ripetere.

Wonderful ski in ski out resort style hotel with exceptional service. An excellent place for kids

It is very close to the ski lifts - really a ski in and sky out place. Very comfortable if dated!!

Tout est impeccable comme d'habitude mais les équipements sportifs et récréatifs auraient besoin d'un bon coup de frais. De plus , pourquoi ne pas y permettre la mixité? C'est d'un autre âge.

This hotel is in an excellent location right next to the ski area with the lifts and gondola on site. We found the hotel very warm and turned off the radiators in the room. The rooms are basic but functional. We found the hotel Extremely noisy. We could hear the guests in the next room talking and laughing like they were in the same room as us, when they were just talking normally. Children roam everywhere, running up and down the corridors, playing football in the lift lobbies, and just being generally disruptive without any parental control or intervention from hotel staff. We were half board and there was a decent selection at breakfast and dinner. We always found something nice to eat however It gets extremely busy in the restaurant at times. This is our second time staying at this hotel. We had a similar experience on the first occasion and decided to give it another ago. However, due to the noise and lack to sleep, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location, lovely bar and restaurant staff but hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. The food is the next best feature to the excellent location. Reception staff were a bit hit and miss (probably the language challenge) and be prepared for noise especially on a Saturday night (until 3am). Snow clearing starts about 4.30/5am. We asked to be moved after the first night. Beds are uncomfortable.

Tutto OK, particolarmente il cibo. Qualche ammodernamento alla struttura e alle suppellettili non guasterebbe. Personale gentile ed efficiente.
