We enjoyed our third stay at Galaxy hotel in Krakow. We especially appreciated the pool and jacuzzi, and regret that on Friday morning the jacuzzi was not in service. It would have been better if the regular cleaning of the jacuzzi three times a week was done during the night or early in the morning. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok, although I remember even more impressive breakfasts from earlier stays.

Litt langt fra sentrum, men veldig fint hotell. Kjekt med basseng. Hyggelige ansatte og god service!

Veldig fint opphold på galaxy hotel. Mind barn og jeg likte godt bassenget. Bra sikkerhet på hotell mtp ingen kan ta heis uten rom kort. Ok utvalg av mat. Synd de ikke har is på hotell, det savnet vi. Sovesofa var hard. Men vi klarte oss. Takk for oss Tok taxi rundt om kring med uber og bolt, veldig rimelig.

Breakfast was very good lots of choice and something for everyone. Beds are super comfortable and a good size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

Limited 15 people-entries to swimming pool and breakfast wasn't perfect as well.

God service fra personalet. Ringe morgenmad, værelserne var ikke helt rene og en del af hotellet Lugtede meget af klor. Personalet havde lavet en morgenmads box til os da vi skulle afsted kl 05 til Auschwitz

Hotel i gåavstand til sentrum. Fint rom, men sjokolade på gulvet (ikke som vi hadde med) etter renhold dag 2. Deilig AC på rommet og deilig spa-område. Personalet virket uinteressert og ga en monoton info på innøvde engelske gloser. Frokosten var sparsom men grei. Likevel et greit hotel å være på.

Reasonable hotel, a bit old and smelly. The one time I contacted the reception for a taxi to the airport they offer me a taxi for 300% higher than uber, well, I don’t like hotel can’t be trusted.

Hotellet var helt greit. Litt enkel frokost-buffet, men ok.

Really friendly hotel and was great to visit Krakov. Next to the river.

Price to high for standard, room are very small, no air condition so very hot.

Too hot in room, no instruction how to adjust temperature. Hair shampoo and conditioner would be better separately. Overall hotel nice, clean, quiet with nice brekfast.

Stay among friends, it was excellent. A great moment, in a comfortable bed with great pool!

Hotel lovely and very clean. Spa facilities great for down time. Food in restaurant was very nice too. Breakfast plentiful and open from 6.30.
