Suprising. We were upgraded to a suite due to our Expedia status, which was a superb start. Then the food menu for supper and the included breakfast was surprisingly extensive and the dishes I had were very, very tasty. And live background music in the evening meal time. All of the staff worked hard to please and this hotel is managed well, especially considering it is not in a major city.

Easily the best in Pantnagar.

Toiletries , Bathrobe , hand Towels , Slippers etc all were given when asked for . Otherwise Neat & Clean & centrally located

Amazing stay

Very approachable, good lawn, nice swimming pool, good restaurant, good staff.

Some dos and don'ts at the time of breakfast spoiled our stay. They could have better taught their staff to handle little late comers .

The room was lovely and the staff quick to respond to queries and requirements. Enjoyed their swimming pool. Their dinner buffet as well as the breakfast spread was good.

horrible service, in room service doesn’t pickup phone calls, staff at breakfast in not informed about inclusions of breakfast, reception staff doesn’t greet or address properly, so not a 4 star hotel with radisson tag

With more than four previous visits, not surprised but delighted at consistency of service and quality. Good food and lot of variety in breakfast and meal buffet spreads. Very helpful and responsive staff. Great Spa too for relaxed evening. Close to business zone.

All was good.. Except the TV equipment needs improvement and the satellite or cable as well

Everything about the hotel was great except the dinner buffet. Food at the buffet was unimaginative and did not taste good.
