Clean room. Nice size bathroom (although shower was tight for space). Ample breakfast offerings. Front desk very helpful. Was able to leave luggage at hotel on checkout day until we returned from our outing.

Great hotel. Great and convenient location near station and close to centre. I liked the decor almost retro style. Very efficient. I sent a message and received a reply immediately. It has all that can be expected from a hotel of this sort, but what is provided works and is good. The breakfast is simple and decent with good quality products. They provide free water, even fizzy. If i ever come here again i will surely stay here again.

Zimmerpreis deutlich zu hoch. Toilette gab es im Zimmer, aber nicht im Bereich des Frühstücksraumes.

Great location to the train station and cruise port

Location, walking distance from cruise port, bus and train stations, Piazza Italy and hip on/off bus.

I guess it is all about expectations. I was looking for an inexpensive option not far from the train/bus station and also close to the center. This looked "good enough." The hotel was surprisingly clean, the amenities surprisingly functional, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast very good for something I had thought would just be "good enough." It is not luxurious, mind you, but I certainly can recommend it. Moreover, it is right across the street from what appears to a police "night watch" station... adding to the level of perceived safety.
