Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality

The hotel was pretty central, two minutes walk from the sea so that was certainly an added plus. Service was excellent, the receptionists were kind, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel bar is super cozy, with really lovely staff. The room was generally comfortable, though it felt quite cold, despite the heating being on (it was around 2-0 degrees outside). Another downside was the slight smell of smoking just outside the room. The wellness centre was fine, not exceptional but it has everything you need (pool, sauna, steam room). We got a massage done and that was really really good!

Nice hotel friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff; great location and amenities! Great view of the church across the street. If Wi-Fi is important, ask for a more centralized room, the rooms at the end of the hall have no signal. Parking can be an issue, the have a small garage for 20 Euro a day, it is a few streets over, and you have to borrow a key from the front desk to get in and out.

Lovely room, very clean, pool very good, only problem was the sauna and hammam took ages to heat up as they were only turned on by the staff when asked to. Also, beware, the robes we hired on the last day were charged at 5 euros each although on the website they said they could be RENTED for 5 euros!

It's the second time we stayed there,and we loved it as much as the first time!A lovely hotel,with a kind stuff and a wonderful pool and spa area!

Great hotel in the centre of town but close to the sea

The staff here are really friendly. The room was really nice and the temperature perfect on such a hot day. The roof terrace is relaxing and the breakfast lovely. Definitely recommend it here!

Good location and nice common areas. Good breakfast. Room was run down, thin towels, dirty carpet, saggy mattress.

We had a lovely stay, the spa and sauna were lovely and there is a very basic gym too. Well located for the beach and shops and the breakfast has a decent selection

Very uncomfortable. Average room. Never stay here again. It's a cramped location and there's major parking issues.

Really nice place just abit let down that the restaurant wasn't open.

Hotel is in good location being 5minutes from station and seafront. We arrived early but were able to leave luggage safely while we went to explore. Staff were friendly, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was nice with good choice. Overall a very pleasant stay for 2 nights and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great! Had a nice breakfast buffet that included sparkling wine. The location was quiet and right across from a picturesque church that we had a great view of from our room. It was also really close to the beach, just a short walk up the street. Our only complaint was that the room smelled of body odor from the first moment we walked in (so it wasn't us!)

Slow check in!!! But everything else was lovely. Great central location.

I have been here a couple of times. I find it is a very well-run hotel which takes good care of its guests. The wellness and swimming pool are great. The sauna hours could be longer. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the beach. I will go again.
