La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort, la spiaggia privata è fantastica, la colazione è per tutti i gusti e davvero ottima. La pulizia delle camere è eccellente, il personale è gentile e molto disponibile

In der Anlage gibt es zwei Hotels: ein 5 Sterne Hotel (le dune) und ein 4 Sterne Hotel (cala del turco). Obwohl ich für das 5-Sterne Hotel gebucht und bezahlt hatte, wurde ich im billigeren 4-Sterne Hotel im rustikal anmutenden, muffig riechenden Untergeschoss untergebracht. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Als ich dieses am späten Abend, als ich es gemerkt hatte, reklamierte, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle bis nächsten Tag warten, dann würde sich jemand die Klimaanlage anschauen. Ein anderes Zimmer wollten sie mir auch nicht geben, da angeblich alles belegt sei. Erst als ich massiven Druck ausgeübt hatte, erhielten wir mitten in der Nacht ein anderes Zimmer (dieses Mal tatsächlich im 5-Sterne Hotel). Achtung: Die Namen der Hotels sind außen nicht angegeben - man kann es am Anhänger der Schlüssel und natürlich an der Ausstattung erkennen. Über diese schlechte Erfahrung hat uns das leckere Frühstück und der tolle Strand etwas hinweg geholfen.

Fantastisk plats med hemskt service (inte alls i nivå med en 5-stjärn hotel). Allt kostar (även tillträde till den lilla fotbollsplanen) och är väldigt saltat Åldergräns 16 år på spa

The resort was nice, but the service was not great. Very uninterested staff and no personality at all. Felt like dealing with a wet fish.

Très bonne prestation, de la chambre au restaurant. Deux bémols cependant : l’accès à l’établissement est très mal flêché , il serait plus simple de donner les coordonnées GPS et le personnel ne fait que très peu d’éfforts pour communiquer en Français, mais ça, c’est partout en Italie, dommage, car nous sommes quand même frontaliers !

camera non corrispondente alle foto, condizionatore non funzionante e riparato in modo approssimativo, servizio scadente, personale poco preparato. Considerato che si fregia delle 5 stelle ci si aspetta una qualità più elevata.

Davvero rilassante!

Suggerisco le beach suite poiche' le stanze in hotel sono deludenti. Il personale del ricevimento e soprattutto del ristorante gentile e disponibile il bagnino invece non gentile ne' disponibile Il cibo al ristorante non buono il cibo del room service buono ,semplice ma estremamente costoso Nel complesso prezzi troppo alti per il servizio reso.

Resort immerso nel verde a metà strada tra Peschici e Vieste. Dotato di una spiaggia privata in un caletta da sogno! Mare super!!! Tranquillità assoluta. Per una pausa dal caos cittadino consigliatissimo!

Ottima struttura, personale un po scostante

deludente, personale incompetente, numerosi extra a pagamento, le piscine e la spiaggia belle, ma manca del tutto un maitre che organizzi il personale composto da ragazzini alle prime armi (stagisti?) in sostanza NON è assolutamente 5 stelle.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia dal 7 al 14 luglio in mezza pensione alle Dune.La location e' bellissima con grandi spazi verdi ,due piscine ,due ristoranti ,di cui uno sul mare,una griglieria sul mare con prezzi esagerati, ottima colazione e i pasti,spiaggia bella e pulita,personale del ristorante e i ragazzi delle golf-car gentili.Bravi e non invadenti i ragazzi dell'animazione. La SPA rilassante ben curata con un plauso particolare a Cinzia brava , preparata con i suoi unguenti e decotti,che fa il suo lavoro con grande passione.... In tutto questo pero' ci sono diverse note stonate:per essere un 5 stelle i servizi offerti dovrebbero essere il top ma non è cosi' : la sera finita la ristorazione tipo alle 21.30 tutto tace quindi o sei costretto a prendere la macchina e uscire o andare in camera a guardare la TV;il wi-fi nonostante abbiano tentato di potenziarlo dopo diverse richieste e' praticamente inesistente;il villaggio dovrebbe essere meglio illuminato considerando che per tornare nel mio alloggio la sera ho dovuto accendere la torcia del telefonino.Credo che si pecchi nella gestione dei servizi, il luogo e' sfruttato al 50%

We stayed at the hotel Gusmay le dune for 8 nights. Hotel is set in a beautiful estate. Beach is a lovely sandy vibe and hotel sits in own ground with good pool. It appears that the resort is being brought up to date with reconditioning of beach cafes and restaurants. Food in these was average which let the resort down. Equally the restaurant in the main hotel was closed so meals were taken in the resort rotunda (breakfast good) which was a little strange in its ambience and setting. Staff were helpful but Very little English is spoken. Surrounding areas scenic and enough restaurants in the area to make up for the average food on site. Good fresh pasta and fish. Vieste a lovely town to visit. Room was excellent a junior suite on top floor. Great double shower bathroom spacious living dressing room and large bedroom and balcony with views across pool and downtown the sea. It is twinned with an apartment complex with kids and adult activities through the day. Enjoyed the relaxation of the resort but wouldn’t rush back for the food

Struttura dove ti è permesso rilassarti. Verde ,mare.. non manca nulla!!!
