入住的时候记得检查房间内的水和物资，并录制视频。退房的时候别错过任何东西。

房间很差，不值这个价钱，2小时250k

很高兴能入住环境如此干净的酒店，如果有机会来河内，我还会再次预订这里。

房间名称与入住及退房时间不符，造成首次预订的客人产生误解。

预订的房间是18平方米，但有点小。整个卫生间大概不到10平方米。房间很旧，很暗，没有空气可以呼吸

The hotel staff is very nice. I mistakenly booked a 2-hour daily use and they helped me change it to 1 day.

The hotel location is perfect but….‼️ Scamming alert: I booked this hotel on 10-10 which is a sale day with the price ~180k VND. Normally, when booking the hotel, I assume that it's a full day. However, surprisingly, when I check in the hotel, the receptionist told me that my booking was only for 2 HOURS. That was the first time I heard the rule for a booking hotel. Never imagined that booking for holiday but only living for 2 hours. That was the most thing makes me feel uncomfortable. Please read the hotel rule be careful, avoid the affordable price when you book!

Mình ấn tượng dịch vụ của khách sạn này, phòng tuy có hơi bé nhưng quản lý và nhân viên niềm nở và nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ khách hết mình luôn ý 🥰

Staff is so friendly. It 's just the aircon is not that cold enough.

Good place in centre area, very clean, the staffs are really nice.

Khách sạn hơi cũ nhưng sạch sẽ. Đồ ăn sáng ổn. Nhân viên thân thiện. Vị trí trung tâm, rất tiện tham quan phố cổ và các nơi lân cận

I think its good, comfort place with worth price, recommended for solo or couple traveller with low budget

The staff are very nice and informative but unfortunately we didn't stay there because they said they had a problem with our room for the substitution they offered us 4 stars hotel but we refused because the location is quite far from the old quarter, and we asked for the another hotel which is still in the old quarter area.
