地理位置超级便利——附近就有全家便利店，麦当劳和一风堂就在酒店对面。去机场也很方便，而且员工都很友好。下次来我肯定还会住这里。

Very, very friendly staff, the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. She was also the one who checked us out, and she was very helpful with our luggage for Yamato service. The hotel location was excellent; it is close to everything that's necessary, within walking distance to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori area. The MRT is just right in the hotel corner, as well as many shopping places. Very pleasant place to stay and very clean.

Location is the best, near Namba station and Dotonbori.

The location of the Hotel is ideal for travellers and the room facilities are outstanding. I also appreciate the housekeeping very much as the cleanliness of the room is good. There is also a place where you can chill with your friends (canot remember which floor).

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis dekat dengan stasiun dan banyak restaurant. Di dalam kamar terdapat mesin cuci & juga peralatan lengkap untuk masak. Kamar bersih, sarapan sangat enak. Rekomen stay di sini bila ke Osaka.

Stayed at 1 bedroom unit and it was spacious for 3 of us (with 2 year old kid). The room was cleaned everyday. Also, the Location is very convenient as it is surrounded by restaurants, convenient store, mrt station, and shopping malls. Surely, will come back again if travelling again to Osaka.
