Rooms and facilities are good. But Timely arrangements were not there when we check in.

Staff was curious prompt and quick response, stay was pleasent,quility of food in restaurant was good .

We booked a suite via hotels .com. On reaching the room at 2pm we checked the jacuzzi ( for which we had booked rhe room itself) but found it to be non functioning. They said at 230 pm theres a water pipe burst due to which there was no water. Wven after.5 hpyra there was no water innthe jacuzzi. After.which the guy came and said that we have tonfill the jacuzzi with shower and buckets of.hot water Imagine getting a jacuzzi filled with hot water buckets. Apart from this the service and promptness was way too slow...like ecen getting the TCM refilled at the room

In general Hotel is OK. They have a good breakfast. Only problem which we faced is the pressure of hot water. It was almost nil and shower was not working properly. This hotel needs regular maintenance. Look like in past it was in good shape but has been left out and current managemen is just running it with limited resources

My experience was terrible in terms of everything. We had to make multiple calls for single service. Water comes out of drain pipe whenever we drain water from bathtub. Horrible..... We stayed in king suite, that had two televisions, those were completely show pieces. When we checked in, Kettle and cups were dirty. We had mesmerising view from our room (in sarcastic way), there was a big honeycomb. Pathetic. And most importantly no response to our grievances

Good rooms and good staff.Not much room selection options. Overall satisfactory stay with family.

It was a good experience, we enjoyed he service. Room balcony needs more attention.

The rooms are very good. The hotel is neat and clear and has all the facilities. I also learnt this Hotel is patronized by Japanese. Its bang on the road.. visible form distance but a few indicative boards 1/2 KM before would help.. The services need improvement - like Gym was not functioning but staff did not know.. later on ( next day) some one confirmed its was under renovation .. also it was a new year eve 31st Dec and hotel could have had a function and invited guests Good stay for family ..

it was a comfortable stay but no chef avilable in night shift only daal roti sandwiches were avilable in night. Breakfast was good......

インドにしては埃っぽくもなくとてもクリーンで快適でした。和食レストランも有り、お味は今ひとつでしたがほっこりできました。 neemranaからは少し離れていますがコストパフォーマンスもよかったです。

出張にて利用しました。 前日にこのサイトで予約し、当日ホテルへ行くと「Hotels.comから何も連絡が入っていません」の一点張りで30分近くロビーで待たされた。 すでにクレジット払いをしていたにも関わらず予約をキャンセルするから現金で払ってくれとか言われ。 ホテルが悪いのか、この予約サイトとの連携が悪いのか。 疲れていたのにすぐに部屋にはいることができずイライラしました。 予約サイトより直接電話でホテルに予約を入れることをおススメします。 ホテル自体は新しくキレイで快適でした。 ２階には日本食料理屋さんもあり、日本人の女将さんがいます。 味もとてもおいしく、周辺の日本人がたくさん通っているようです。 食事代もリーズナブルでとても満足です。
