My experience with this property was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the way it was handled by management. The owner allowed me to complete my booking and pay with Apple Pay. She was aware that my wallet and belongings had been stolen and that I only had access to a virtual credit card through Apple Pay. Only after my payment was accepted was I informed that I would be required to present a physical credit card for the security deposit. Since I could not meet that requirement, I immediately requested a refund and explained the situation. My request was refused, despite the fact that the issue could have been addressed before my payment was accepted. This occurred during one of the busiest periods, when London was hosting major football events, making it extremely difficult and expensive to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here. I encourage future guests to confirm all payment and deposit requirements in advance, especially if they are relying on a virtual credit card or Apple Pay.

We waren heel blij dat we op het laatste moment nog een slaapplek hadden. Onze eerste voorkeur was overboekt en we leggen de verantwoordelijkheid voornamelijk bij Expedia. Via hun hulp hier terecht gekomen en helaas vanwege de warme zomer was het niet uit te houden in de oude kamer op zolder. Op dag 3 bleek dat onder de dubbele matrasbeschermer dat het matras heel erg vies was. Bij het inchecken was het personeel heel behulpzaam en haalde iemand zijn auto zelfs weg zodat we voor het hotel konden parkeren. Dat was het enige pluspunt. Zij konden verder niet zo heel veel doen aan de hittegolf die er in London was, maar een ventilator zou wel fijn zijn geweest.

Perfectly decent hotel for a few nights stay outside of the city.

Don’t be encouraged by the low cost. This place isn’t just disappointing - it’s traumatic. I was in London with a friend. I’d booked 2 single rooms for 3 nights. On arrival we were told only one of would be staying here, with the other at another hotel 3 minutes away - actually 10 minutes. Not a great start. They also insisted on my paying a £100 security deposit - this was not mentioned in any of booking info. The room was disgusting. Tiny, dirty, a poorly capped waste pipe in the bathroom so the whole room stunk like human waste, burn marks on the carpet, a hopelessly thin mattress in the bed, with only a single pillow. It was over 25° at night and no AC or fan. Truly the worst room I’d ever seen. It was made worse by the intolerable noise from neighbouring rooms. A lot of foreign nationals shouting and playing loud music from 7am. I suspect they were more like permanent residents rather than guests. Do not stay here. You will regret it. Only one step up from kipping in a wheelie bin.

Cheap useful room, with fridge and microwave. Hob and sink outside (no pots or plates etc, bring your own). Only 1 very thin pillow each, only 1 teaspoon. Plenty of sockets, free parking if you are lucky, but you can park on road until 8.30am. We did this and were able to park onsite at 8. We would go again.

The radiator had pink dye down it, which was also found on the "clean and fresh" towels. I was asked to pay a £100 sercurity fee upon my arrival as failure to do so was going to prevent me checking in. This was not stated on the website at all when I booked my stay. Reception staff were adamant that it was on the website but no matter how many times I told them they were having none of it. Even the guests checking in after me were shocked so there's proof it wasn't just a careless mistake and misunderstanding of my own. There is actually 4 blocks to the hotel each of which has a different door posing a security risk!! Found a slug in my bathroom and crack in the freshold slabs of the bathroom. There was a dent in the floorboards under the carpet near my bedside table which could have caused me to injure my ankle and/or foot. The view from my window was someone elses back garden that could be accessed by others (so much for privacy when my room and bathroom window is literally in someone's garden). I would never ever stay here again. You get one pillow that you have to fold to get a decent night sleep. The duvet is as thin as anything. Beds are hard. Carpet is outdated. Don't stay here I don't recommend unless your desperate and beware they ask for a 100 pound sercurity fee upon arrival and you get this back 3 to 7 days after checkout which I'm yet to see if I even get back. Appalled is an understatement.

More quiet stay this time but the bathroom was so small unable to sit in the toilet, and the shower water pressure was so so bad

The room was clean but unfortunately the tv was green on every channel and the toilet would not flush so had to keep filling up the kettle to pour water down it. Would be nice to have a hair dryer as well.

I made my reservation on online with the room of my choice, I went down there hoping to stay in the room which I paid for , surprisingly they gave me another postcode, hotel and totally different room. Very dirty and untidy. I have no option than to leave room the same night that I meant to there to have some good rest. Very deceiving , I’m totally disappointed, will never recommend
