Staff are very accommodating and the room was well-lit. The location is also good since it is near the establishment. Will definitely come back for vacation. However Breakfast had limited offer.

The parking system was bad that I almost late going to wedding. Serving one check in customer is taking up 30mins. There is not air circulation in the gym and I had to go with stairs to access it

We've been staying in this hotel for some of our family celebrations like birthdays. It's always a good experience. They gave us a late check out when we weren't able to check in 45 minutes late because room was not ready. The kids loved the pool as well.

As always our stay was awesome. Food was great. Our only concern was that the cr does not have a bidet.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Area is wonderful. Alive and vibrant with many shops and restaurants. Convenient access to Eastwood mall.

the deluxe room is ok but spacious enough to accommodate 3 to 4 pax. the room is outdated and not so clean. the towels were also not that clean. we were able to get the smoking room as requested.. however, our request for late check out was declined due to whatsoever reason. the express service who answered the phone during our request is quite annoying.

Very accommodating staff, they even allowed us for early check in without additional charge. Clean and cozy room. Very accessible to malls and resto. The view from our room was great, especially at night. Perfect for those looking for quick relaxation. Will definitely come back here.

Stayed here on Christmas day. The room is fine, the food was okay and security personnels are very warm and friendly. Check-in and check-out process was fast. However, the room is not sound proof. The guest next to our room is partying non-stop until 6am. Their television is very loud and my parents aged 72 and 67 didn't had a good sleep because of this. Customer service particularly the operator s**** and very disrespectful. They avoid answering the calls even if its only 8pm. We kept on telling the operator that the chiller is not working but she insisted that it is without even asking or checking the problem (as if we don't know how a chiller works!). We requested for someone to take a look into it or replace it but they insist that it is working even it wasn’t! Our drinks are all warm while we celebrate Christmas, left over food got spoiled. We asked for ice as the chiller is not working but our request was just accommodated after 11 reminders / calls / non-stop begging. This is the worst place to celebrate your holidays or special day, you’ll just end up getting stressed and upset with their service. I regret booking another suites for the upcoming new year celeb here. I already expecting for the worst.

I've notice that disposable slippers is better at Richmonde Ortigas than Eastwood

The mattress and pillow were so comfortable.. staff were great!

Cool, cozy place that you will want to just stay on bed the whole day. Their pool is good as well!
