Everything is great. I stayed here for 3 nights. Near gyukatsu motomura and shibuya scrambled.

I stayed at the annex building and it's a smaller unit and less comfortable compare to the main unit.

Great location & quite affordable.

Location is closer to Daikanyama than Shibuya proper, which for me is actually better. Room was decent and even had its very own washing machine!

The best hotel i’ve ever had, the hotel around 300 meters away from station if you left from new south exit Shibuya station, next to the family mart store. You can drop your luggage before your check in and after your stayed is done, since I need to go to Fuji and come back only to take out my luggage the staff is really helpful and cheerful, and you can take you coffee since it’s free in the lobby (anytime you want).. love to stay in here again if I can go back to Tokyo sometime

Location is just ideal within walking distance to Shibuya Train Station and near to some restaurants / coffee shops. Price is very competitive.

The hotel was in the perfect location for travelers and it has everything that you need. Laundry machine, fridge, stove and even microwave so you can cook your own meal or preheat them since it's near family mart and wash your clothes! The size of the room is also big enough for two persons and they have smoking room! Very convenient, cosy, and worth the budget.

nicely to stay, near with shibuya station exit New South gate room complete with washing machine too
