Staff were helpful, location was good, but the problem is in our three nights stay, the air condition was out of order, we can’t sleep well as it felt like no fresh air in the room, very warm, we talked to different staff but they gave different feedback, two said it was out of order and the engineer is on leave so they cannot fix it, but another one said it is normal they turned it off. Anyway that made bad experience although staff are friendly and responsive.

It was a great experience to stay 3 night in this hotel. Great location and walking distance to many sightseeing spots and shopping areas. Staffs was very friendly and helpfully. I’ll come again for my next stay in Paris.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Willing to help and answer enquiries. They are also very polite. The sauna and swimming pool is very good for relaxing after an exhausted day.

Location is great. Walkable distance to metro, shopping malls and wide variety of restaurants but still a quiet place for stay. Have stores nearby. Staff really nice and helpful. Laundry services a bit expensive but good quality. One thing to remind, additional city tax to be paid when check-out.

I stayed 5 nights , very clean room, comfortable bed, very quiet , great location . Friendly staff . I only had breakfast on one occasion and found it very good .

Great Hotel and Great Location!

The rooms were bigger than expected (especially for Paris). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us their top 3 restaurant recommendations. Very clean and the area felt safe. A couple blocks from 2 different metro lines which makes getting around the city a lot easier.
