The room is very spacious with living room inside. The room also have a kitchen with complete accesories. In this hotel, hotel staff also very coopertive and helpful. The minus point is only one, the door key is still use old fashioned key lock. But in the car park use magnetic card after 8 pm. I think it will be better if the room door use the magnetic card key too, so we do not need keep two kind of keys

It was my second time to stay here. The experience was just like the other day, it was very a pleasant stay for me and my husband. I booked yesterday night and I got early check-in. Lucky on us, our room got upgraded! The room was very clean, comfy, and very nice service from all of the staff. And the surprise wasn't finished, in the morning my husband got a sweet gift from Baan K, cause it was his birthday! Thank you so much, so nice of you guys! The location is very strategic, near 7/11, ATM, some restaurants, and coffee shop just 3 minutes walk. The receptionist also helped us to book taxi heading back to the airport. Definitely we will stay here again when we're back to Bangkok!

The room is quite spacious as it is a one bed room apartment and clean which is important. Location is great for those working around the area as many offices nearby. Albeit, for fun traveller might want to stay around the city center. Although it is near city center, a taxi is required. There is no food around at night except 7-11.

I stayed here for 5 nights and its really a great pleasure. All staff are really helpful and the room are so spacious. Not so near to Skytrain station but there is free tuk tuk shuttle. It is near Lumphini MRT station. I definitely will stay here again for my next trip to Bangkok.

I really like their spacious room. When check in, they upgraded my room from studio to 1 bedroom. I really love it. Clean and tidy room, so lovable. The lack point was in location and breakfast. Location a bit far from bts (skytrain) and MRT station (15 minutes walk). But they have free tuk tuk service to nearest skytrain or mrt station (available only on weekday). Breakfast can be better, now a bit boring and less varied.

Kamarnya besar & lega, cukup banyak ruang gerak bagi anak2. Lokasi hotel juga cukup dekat ke mana2, juga terdapat 7-Eleven di dekat hotel. Tersedia fasilitas mesin cuci & pengering baju berbayar, yang cocok sekali u/ traveler jangka panjang. Jika malas menggunakan pengering, area balkon bisa dibuka & digunakan u/ menjemir baju. Sayangnya, staf kurang bisa berbahasa Inggris sehingga agak sulit untuk bertanya & meminta bantuan. Kebetulan saat kami tiba, sedang ada acara outing staf sehingga pelayanan kurang maksimal, tidak ada jasa shuttle tuk tuk. Malahan sesudah itu, saat acara staf berakhir, tuk tuk juga tidak dapat digunakan karena rusak :( Sarapan standar, kurang variasi. Balita juga dikenakan charge, tidak terlalu mahal sih. Mungkin lebih cocok disebut morning bite.
