We love this place! We had a nice water front cabana, with a terrace and dock. It was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable with a separate sitting area, spacious bathroom, mini bar (with complimentary coffee and tea) shelves for your belongings. Property grounds were well kept, surrounded with plants and trees. They have a pool and jacuzzi which is nice, however, depending on the time of day or the number of guests they have it can be a little too crowded. The restaurant was right on the water so you have a fantastic view of the lagoon. The food were delicious. We had all kinds of tacos (our favorite was the conchinita pibil and pulpo), the cheese empanadas were also tasty and fresh. The burger was great, too. I enjoyed drinking their mojitos and piñacolada. For breakfast, they have a few options. They also served dofferent konds of bread. However, I do find their coffee served during breakfast watery. Generally, Staff were very helfpul and friendly especially Willy (restaurant staff) and Santos (boat operator). I felt that the servers during breakfast were not as attentive compared to other servers during dinner time (e.g they only go around once to ask you if you would like more bread served, or coffee and tea). Service can definitely be improved on. We also did the lagoon tour 2x (1 private and 1 with other guests), both tomes were awesome! We liked Santos, the boat driver. He’s funny, easy going and friendly. The massagd was amazing! We will be back!

El personal muy amable, el lugar lindísimo, las habitaciones muy lindas. Sí me gustaría regresa. La comida buena, nada extraordinario, creo que podría mejor.

Der Bungalow war makellos sauber. Es handelt sich um eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Hervorzuheben ist, dass man direkt vom Haus aus eine Lagoon Tour starten kann und nicht erst einen Veranstalter im Ort aufsuchen muss.

The accommodations, cleanliness and staff are very nice. The lagoon was calm when we visited and it was fun to use the kayaks and the boat tour of the lagoon originating right from the little pier at the hotel was exemplary. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the loud sound of leaf blowers to disturb the calm of this lovely resort so maybe not doing that every day would be so much better or hand raking…

El muelle esta muy bien realizado, es perfecto para descanso contemplando la laguna y los amaneceres. Las habitaciones muy amplias y con todo lo necesario El personal siempre muy atento

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo con ellos, me toco la misma cabaña y me encantó. Me gusta mucho este hotel porque es tranquilo y la cabaña queda al pie de la laguna con acceso privado. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudo en todo. Volvería otra vez a este hotel. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad y su buen servicio.

Personnel de réception pas très agréable notre chambre bungalow sur lagon présente une forte odeur de canalisation nous l avons signalé et la personne de la réception disait ne rien sentir et n a rien fait Nous sommes arrivés 45 minutes avant le chef it la chambre était faite mais il nous ont fait attendre 16h heure tardive pour accéder à une chambre après un long voyage Piscine gelé et surtout vous n êtes pas du bon côté de la lagune si vous recherchez une eau transparente il faut prendre un hôtel plus au sud de bacalar Rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur vraiment déçu de l accueil et des infrastructures pour le prix

Établissement au bord du lagon avec accès privé, certaines chambres ont même un accès personnel. Ce que je pourrais reprocher, c’est les bus entier de touristes qui arrivent à l’heure du repas pendant que vous êtes tranquillement au bord de la piscine… À refaire, je choisirais un établissement plus petit. Les chambres sont confortables avec terrasse, mais quand même Plutôt vieillissant. Très compliqué de communiquer avec le personnel qui ne parle pas un mot d’anglais.
