El hotel hermoso, las habitaciones para llorar

Nice view, chill ambient, friendly personnel

Gorgeous location, very nice and helpful staff. Common areas and pool/lakefront are well maintained and comfortable. Food was good. The rooms are a little run down. Beds are not very comfortable. Linens are worn, old, and stained.

El lugar es muy bonito, la vista desde el cuarto de espectacular, con amaneceres sobre el lago. El personal muy amable y atento. Excelente ubicación. El único detalle es que los cuartos no tienen caja de seguridad

Los servicios, restaurant, alberca y jacuzzi. Las habitaciones estan algo viejas pero en buen estado.

Muy bonito lugar. Bien cuidado. La estancia fue agradable. La habitación necesita mejorar el mantenimiento.

Fue una estancia muy cómoda, el único detalle es que no cuentan con wifi, por todo lo demás la atención excelente.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The place was dirty, with stains on the sheets and bed cover, which is completely unacceptable. I also saw cockroaches in the room. Overall, it did not feel clean or comfortable at all. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it. The people at the restaurant are very kind.

We’re expats who live in Mexico full time. We loved this place, so quiet and sweet. There were som renovations going on but it didn’t bother us. The air conditioning is quiet loud at first but we still slept well and enjoyed waking up to an absolutely stunning view. We both said we’d stay here again and prefer it to the city express any day 😎

Me gustó la tranquilidad y amabilidad del personal solo los mosquitos fuera de la habitación en las paredes y los gatitos deberían de darles mayor atención
