服務周到，員工禮貌非常好

Very friendly staff especially Miss Babora with excellent service. Convenience location that you can walk to tourist point by foot or easy to take tram, metro. We stayed 3 nights at a room with elegance decoration, a few steps to the private garden, surprised. A delicious breakfast ~ impressive.

這個飯店就在伏爾塔瓦河旁邊，我住的剛好是最頂樓，類似小閣樓，有天窗可以昇降，有漂亮河景可以欣賞.停車可以直接停在飯店門口，服務生的接待也很親切，很喜歡這間飯店.唯一缺點就是搭完電梯還要把行李抬上一層樓梯，才能到房間.其他地方都很好!

Although it takes a while to get to the hotel from Train Station Prague H.N., my stay at Hotel Klarov was definitely a very memorable one. Very friendly staff members with warm welcomes, nicely decorated room, excellent view. The hotel located right under the Prague castle and just 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge. Highly recommended!!!

Best location and beautiful hotel to live in. Everything is very nice and there is nothing to complain about, just that we wish to have air-con inside the room, because I'm traveling to Prague in the summer and there was heat waves!!!

The hotel staff were really nice, esp. a staff called Jan. He had very good recommendation about where to dine in Prague. He also allowed us to early check in because we had nowhere to go with a lot of baggage. Our room on the top floor with 2 floors was excellent with a castle view window. It was our best experience in Prague!

the room is clean on the whole. The bathroom is too large. There is no curtain and water will splash easily on the floor. The carpet, however, is too dirty. Breakfast is good.

Très belle chambre confortable et spacieuse avec vue directe sur le château au . Localisation idéale pour visiter Prague . Petit déjeuner très complet et varié . Il manque juste des jus de fruits naturels . Personnel très agréable .

ケトルがないのが残念 観光地から近いのは良かったです。 お部屋の掃除を頼んだら備品は補充されずタオル類も人数分交換しないし交換したタオルもちょっとくさかったです。

Breakfast included many healthy options that were fresh and tasted really good. Coffee maker made me a decent cappuccino. Room was spacious and smelled nice, water pressure in shower was top notch. Photo is from our window!
