房间还不错，比较干净，因为酒店是在一个小坡上，所以特别安静，早餐还是比较简单的面包+饮料，到镇中心开车就5分钟不到，酒店旁边就有超市，推荐。

Tout en général. C’est confortable propre et le service au client super. Ils vont t’aider rapidement si tu as besoin

Propreté ok, sauf la douche qui etais a desirez. Le lit 0 confortables, j'ai mal dornis les deux nuits. Jenfoncais dans le matelas.

On doit téléphoner pour que quelqu'un se présente à la réception. La communication n'était pas trop fluide. L'éclairage extérieur laissait place à une ambiance semée de doutes. Ce n'était pas mauvais, mais comme voyageuse solo, je ne me suis pas vraiment sentie en sécurité.

Nice motel-hotel in Shawinigan which had very good prices. Owner-operator family were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were extremely clean. The hotel is 'old' but it has been very renovated inside to modern standards. Would stay here anytime again in the area. In the heart of the good part of Shawinigan/water front area and not far from the national park.

accueil a été chaleureux et la chambre était propre, ce qui est appréciable. Cependant, plusieurs commodités annoncées sur le site ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Le bain tourbillon et le déjeuner du matin, pourtant mentionnés, étaient inexistants. Quant à la piscine, même si elle n’était pas chauffée, j’aurais aimé en profiter — malheureusement, elle manquait tellement d’eau que ce n’était pas possible. C’est décevant de constater un écart aussi important entre ce qui est annoncé et la réalité
