Never said they were under construction. The food service was always forgetting something. Food wasn’t great. And the front desk was no help for anything. WiFi connection was poor. No lobby to lounge. Only bright spot was the room cleaning services

Habitación limpia, pequeña pero para dos personas es genial, la gente que trabaja ahí es atenta y servicial

El hotel está en remodelación, el lobby estaba súper pequeño, no tenía aire acondicionado, solo tenían 1 persona en recepción, cuando quisimos hacer el check in, nos dejaron esperando 1 hora, además de que la impresora no funcionaba, y no dos daban nuestro ingreso, otras d ellas cosas negativas fue que teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas y solo tuvieron 1 lista a las 4 de la tarde la segunda la entregaron más tarde, una de las habitaciones las camas tenían unas bolas y era incómodo dormir, en general lo único bueno fue que nos cuidaron nuestras maletas y unas comprar que necesitaban refrigeración ya que los cuartos no cuentan con frigorífico

Excelente habitación, cumple con lo necesario, el personal que me atendio en la noche hizo un excelente trabajo.

The hotel is in a good location for everything we needed to do at the consulate. However, when we booked, no one informed us that the hotel was under construction. I think guests should be notified about that before booking. The hotel also does not have refrigerators in the rooms. I believe every hotel should at least provide a small fridge, especially for guests staying for longer periods. There is also no laundromat available, and only one elevator was working, which made it take forever to get to our room. My recommendation is to call ahead and confirm that the hotel has all the amenities you need. We ended up moving to another hotel nearby that offered these amenities. Most people staying in this area are there for at least two weeks, so at minimum the hotel should provide a small fridge and laundry facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were also very small.

Si uno viene por Expedía todo en el personal de recepción es imposible no había restaurante no incluían desayunos no había área de trabajo estaba en remodelación. Necesitaba extender un día más y fue un lío me dieron la habitación más cara y después de estar casi rogando la limpieza la hacen después de las 12 muy mal todo

Rooms are too small bathrooms needs to be clean

I have never left a bad review before, but unfortunately this experience was disappointing. The front desk phone was not working, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. The bathroom was not clean, with hair throughout the shower. Guests should also be aware that hand towels and washcloths are not provided. My room did not have an iron or ironing board. When I needed an iron, I had to go to the front desk to request one, then return a second time because I was told I needed to leave an ID as collateral. This policy should have been explained at check-in. Later, when I returned the iron while rushing to an appointment, the receptionist responded with an attitude and said, “You’re welcome,” which came across as unprofessional. To add to the frustration, the complimentary Wi-Fi was not working during my stay. The property is currently under construction, which may explain some of the issues, and I hope management addresses them soon. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my stay and am glad I did not book an additional night. I understand that not every stay will be perfect, but basic cleanliness, working amenities, and professional customer service should be expected.

Todo bien solo que estaba en remodelación

La propiedad está en remodelación y le faltan todos los servicios de calidad. No te lo dicen cuando reservas. Yo incluí desayuno y te lo llevaban a tu cuarto y llegaban fríos. Polvo y ruido por todos lados. Un solo elevador por donde se movían todos: huéspedes, personal de limpieza y de cocina, trabajadores de la construcción, etc. tardaba una eternidad para poder usarlo. A pesar de todo esto, poca flexibilidad para reembolsar debido a esa situación. Tuve que quedarme tres días de los cinco reservados (perdí dos y no reembolsaron). Trate de mover los días para el futuro, cero flexibilidad. NO RECOMENDABLE POR EL MOMENTO.

En primer lugar el hotel está en remodelación, deberían de notificarlo antes de reservar,el personal en recepción debería ser más comprensible e informativo , los servicios al cliente pésimo y precios en comidas elevados
