While on a road trip and exploring the river Murray towns, it was good to know I had a nice room to stay in Swan Hill. Location wise, it was a balance between staying near the river tourism base and the city centre. Whle not immediately in the main area of the city, most things were a 10-15 minute walk. My room was upstairs facing the main road, but traffic was not a major concern through the night. Psrking was reasonable although the hotel attracts a lot of tradies with large vehicles like my van.

Wifi in room didn’t work…..on 2 machines

Nice layout, but the buildings and amenities are very ‘tired’. On a positive, the bed was very comfortable

we had a loverly stay the heated pool was a bit run down the breakfast was worth every cent it was loverly the staff were friendly and loved the cat in reception

Have stayed here before for corporate needs. Didn’t get the room I booked. Nothing like the photo. No desk. I never complain and didn’t however, quite honestly the worst room I have ever stayed in at a motel especially for $170 in Swan Hill. Filthy stained carpet, dirty toilet and shower, basins ect, everything extremely old including the bed, springs gone in it etc. never stay there again.

Disappointed we paid a high price for a queen suite and it was just an old hotel room. The online photos are very misleading. Wouldnt recommend this accommodation.

The whole property is completely neglected. The worse place we have ever stayed at.

Road noise is terrible.

Rooms were fantastic, the pool, mini golf and surroundings felt like you were in like paradise

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable but the only problem here was I was in a room on the busy road. There was so much car and truck noise at night and very early in the morning. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and the resort was nice.
