The staff were all great, including waiting, cleaning and reception staff. Shame there’s no sun loungers at the beach, given it’s a beachside property. Towel system a bit annoying. Pools not being heated was an issue for October holiday but can imagine summer it’s ok. The one main issue we found was the allergy labelling on food was inconsistent and not clear at all. The staff were also not reassuring, telling us one thing had something in one night and then the next night not. Would be very worrying for serious allergies.

Very nice hotel. The apartment we stayed in was a bit aged, but comfortable enough. Buffet was amazing at both dinner and breakfast. Staff were great! The kids pool was a great success with our 2 years old.

Loved everything about this hotel!

Excellent facility for kids to play and enjoy pool time. Busy as expected, lot food options but may rather find balance between quality and quantity. Staff accommodating but also busy. Pool floor quality slippery so maybe some warning for young kid and elderly may help prevent unfortunate falls. Overall excellent for pool, beach time and reasonable price.

El hotel es de corte familiar, masivo y muy popular. Por lo mismo, deben procurar una mejor y constante limpieza de los espacios comunes. Las piezas y sobre todo los baños necesitan urgente renovación. Se etiquetan como hotel de 4 estrellas pero la caja fuerte la cobran aparte, 3 Euros por día, eso debería estar incluido para garantizar la seguridad de los bienes de los pasajeros. La comida es solo correcta, la calidad no es el objetivo. El check out es a las 11:00, lo que es más temprano de lo normal. El personal es amable, lo único bueno.

El hotel es maravilloso, no me gustó que publiciten spa y que lo que haya sea una piscina interior helada y que ofrezcan masajes… eso no es un spa. Y la animación de 12 a 16 no existe… se quedan estos niños sin nada. Por lo demás el servicio muy bueno y la comidas espectaculares. Nos ha gustado mucho!

Éviter les chambres standard qui ont la vue sur le parking et sont très petites. Aucune animation pour adolescents

Hébergement propre, très bo' accueil que ce soit à la réception, à la restauration et bravo aux femmes de ménage qui font un travail admirable

However: The pictures show a beach but this is not part of the hotel and need to pay for beach chair and umbrella Restaurants in the area are average and limited options for nice dining No touristic attractions nearby Uber is only transportation and very expensive Most tourist attractions leave from Malaga which is around 45 minutes away. There is an all inclusive option but if you don’t chose that, a meal would pay €35 per person You have to pay €3 per day for the in room safe The airport is around an hour away.

Maravillosa experiencia en familia

Desde la llegada nos sentimos muy cómodos tanto con el personal como con el hotel. Orden, limpieza, amabilidad, profesionalidad... Todos los adjetivos se quedan cortos para resumir la exquisita atención que recibimos. Sin duda repetiremos.

Ocean view was beautiful. Food quality and variety was good . Staff friendly. My first time being asked to put a deposit down for an iron!! I returned the iron at check and was told I would get a refund . Still waiting for my twenty euros ;-)

Nous avons passé de très bons moments de détente. Nous n'aimons guère les animations, elles étaient discrètes (on peut facilement les éviter si on le souhaite) et de qualité. Le personnel est très agréable. Et nous avons TRES BIEN mangé avec un thème central différent chaque soir. Les apéritifs ou cocktails, vins et digestifs du "all inclusive" étaient corrects. Aucun intérêt par contre d'être dans un grand appart avec cuisine en "all inclusive'. Des WC séparés de la salle de bains seraient plus judicieux.

Hotel fabuleux, le personnel est à nos petits soins et ils est chaleureux et souriant. Nos demnades ont ete faite dans une belle chambre avec vue sur mer. Hôtel de qualité, très beau. Les repas sont variés avec différents themes des pays et de bonnes qualités et variés le buffet. Je recommande cet Hôtel tres bien situé et de qualité sur les prestations et tres propre. Un sejour que nous renouvellerons sûrement et que nous conseillons. Merci à vous un tres bon sejour .
