非好的一家酒店，下次还会选择

We stay this hotel for 2 nights. The first day was good, so we decided to book for second day and paid the rent in advance. This stay was awful because i already paid the rent on Hotels.com, but the front reception charge my wife US$129.63 again, this issue never happened before. Moreover, i am not a vietnamness, the clerk mistyped my personal information, nothing right except my name.

The staff were great! Kevin and Ida were personable. Kevin was very friendly at check in and really made us feel welcone. Ida gave great tips on areas we were visiting. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a great size. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved how nice the staff were! we enjoyed how comfortable the rooms felt.

Staff was amazing breakfast was very nice, rooms very clean.. great place to stay. I will stay again next time in the area.

The staff really does go above and beyond.

The staff was amazing, however I think I was placed next to a room full of unsupervised children that ran in an out of the room, slamming the door until after midnight. The carpets were hella dirty, which made the sofa questionable to use. The beds were nice and the breakfast was great, but I didn’t get much sleep.

Everything is great

This hotel is located right in Tigard, with great access to restaurants and things to do. The hotel itself was great - friendly staff, great pool, great breakfast. Leroy took care of the breakfast area each day that we were there, and he was fantastic. We will stay there again when we visit family next year!

Walking distance to several restaurants. Quiet and clean.

All the staff are extremely friendly, Jaden at the front lobby made our trip extremely easy to get settled in. Leroy at breakfast was on it and very on top of his game. He was very efficient and friendly.

Kevin, Jayden and Leroy were all amazing and very helpful!

What a fun surprise! I am a Portland Metro local, but after a long day at the wineries close by, I didn't want to chance the long trip home. This hotel was close to the last winery, there was a good little bar open late for a dinner walking distance across the street. The pool and hot tub were clean and the staff was amazing.

Short notice stay and everything was great! Smooth and easy check in/out. Very friendly,kind and helpful staff. Good variety of breakfast options too.

Cleanliness and housekeeping was excellent, especially Esperanza. Kevin and Ida were very helpful at front desk. Kevin was very friendly.
